Project management and creative designer- Processed design from conceptual to finished work; includes setting up schedules and meeting datelines, liaisons with owners/contractors, bids and contract negotiations, drafting of plans for permits. Prepared visual presentations for clients that included detailed drawings of furniture, fixture and fittings. Responsible for the sourcing and selection of furniture, fixtures, materials and fabrics.
