“I am so thankful I hired Tracie to upgrade my home. My house was built in 2004 and the previous owners didn't upgrade anything. I was stuck with carpet throughout the house, linoleum floors in the kitchen and bathrooms along with cheap counter tops. The previous owners did, however, paint the walls some horrible brown color. The bathrooms were painted with what I call "prison cell grey." The fixtures also needed upgrading. This is the first home I ever bought, so I was overwhelmed until Tracie came into the picture. Tracie was awesome! When I asked her about paint colors, I expected an answer like, "go with a light blue," or something vague like that. Nope. Tracie provided the color code and a specific brand of paint. Tracie also recommended specific types of flooring (laminate & tiles), fixtures, back plashes and counter tops. Bonus - everything recommended came in UNDER budget! If you are looking to upgrade, improve or renovate your home, I strongly recommend Tracie. Her professionalism, attention to detail and passion were evident throughout the entire process.”

“I originally hired Meraki Home Staging to do a consultation for my home because I honestly just wanted more info on how home staging worked and if they could me. During the consultation Sabrina made me feel as though I was the only person selling a home in the area and gave me lots of info. She even printed out info about my neighborhood the day before so she could tell me why she suggested staging certain rooms. I wasn’t sure about moving forward but given all the info she gave I took the plunge and let me tell you, I am so glad I did. Not only is she on time, but she is super professional, polite, and DETAIL oriented. I mean it was the little things that I found to be so cool like the way the napkins were folded on the dinner table to the way the bathroom sink was organized. She is just so creative and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her in the future or recommend her. Oh yea, did I mention that I sold my house in two and a half weeks? I’m sure it had everything to do with the staging. THANKS SABRINA!!!”
