“Jon has that illusive "it" factor that cannot be taught. He has exquisite taste and all his stagings have a unique signature. No boring Pottery Barn show room looks with him. You can be sure he adds a special touch of art or some unique, memorable feature to your listing. I enjoy working with Jon but more importantly, I respect him for his artistry and integrity. His staging always helps to make a home memorable and move it quickly.”

“KCD Staging recently staged a property for me. Not only was the staging impeccable, stylish and done with great attention to detail, but KCD also worked with a sense of urgency and professionalism to accommodate our last minute request. I have no doubt that the quick sale of the home was in direct relation to the amazing staging job they did.”

Seattle Swank Inc

“ON the contrary to the previous review, we consistently refer Seattle Swank to our buyers for interior design projects as well as for a majority of our new builds and remodels. The very reason is because they get how hectic it can be when trying to stay on task but don’t want to lose our spot on the staging calendar. There tends to be a lot that they have to deal with (other contractors, unfinished walkways, landscaping, not clean) and they handle it with professionalism and ease. I can say we tend to be somewhat difficult clients but working with an agent owned company really makes the difference as does the high end finishes. Our products generally fly within the first 30 days at top market price. Jason W.”

“Cecily did an excellent job for me. I compared several staging company and they give me the lowest quote. While the price is low, the service is very good. She makes the home looks really nice and the home gets offers at the day listed and we have mutual agreement in 3 days. The buyer agent even ask me for the staging company's name ;)”

Lisa Lucas Design

Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars12 July 2012
“We inherited a home that was in a nice enough neighborhood, but very dated, with small rooms. Our appraiser said we would be lucky to get $375,000. if everything was in mint condition, and it might take months. We hired Lisa Lucas Design for a consultation on the advice of our realtor. She specializes in using design to attract buyers and reduce the market time in a very competitive real estate climate. What I appreciated most was that she was very specific, giving paint colors, exact light fixtures, and changes in order of priority to get the best return on our investment. I printed out her report, went to the paint store, bought the colors and painted the interior. The total cost for paint was $900. I ordered the light fixtures online and they were delivered, and then installed. That was another $900, but it really made the house look very updated. Lisa suggested moving the laundry room to the basement, and by doing so, adding another bedroom or office. Then there was a bathroom to finish, and also new floor coverings. My sis went overboard and added new kitchen cabinets and appliances, which was not on the plan. Lisa staged the house, and our neighbors couldn't believe it was the same place. It looked completely different. We had an offer on the house the first week it was listed which was OVER the asking price. It was also $85,000. over the appraisal which was done in May. I'm extremely happy that we hired Lisa. And the nice thing is that we were able to choose what and how much to do to the house.”
