“Waterside Real Estate Development, Inc., recently had the wonderful experience of working with the staging division of Sounds Homes. We were about to put a recently renovated raised ranch on the market and at the last minute decided we should stage it. Amy Stefanowski, the owner of the company, was incredibly flexible to work with us on short notice and to keep within our budget. We found her ideas very creative and our house was staged within a few days. The best part was that the house sold almost immediately and for more than our asking price. This was a pleasant surprise since there was a house almost exactly like ours only one street away. It was on for less and is still on the market. We think the staging was definitely a factor in our house selling so quickly. Even though we sold the house so fast we decided to go ahead with our scheduled open house in an attempt to locate future buyers. During the open house we received numerous compliments on the staging from realtors and potential buyers. Amy’s business cards flew off the counter. One of our better business decisions was to work with Amy on our staging. She has wonderful design sense and the knowledge to know what current buyers are looking for.”

“I worked with Janene at Dalehead Designs to help with my home renovation, organization and decoration. In a nutshell – she worked with me every step of the way to meet my needs – and my budget! I underwent an entire home renovation and needed help envisioning and selecting materials to be used throughout the house. She pulled together several vision boards so that it didn’t feel like an overwhelming set of decisions. This process was helpful because it allowed me to pick and choose the things I did like without committing to a full-blown design. Once we moved in, Janene spent a full day helping unpack, decorate, and stage my house so that it immediately felt like a home. There was no annoying, living-amongst-boxes-as-we-get-settled phase. Janene’s greatest talent is working with what you already have. Most of the decorating was done with things I already owned, it was just a matter of using them all in the “right” place. I had so many “a-ha!” moments watching Janene work. On that same note, because budget is a factor and we could not purchase entirely new belongings at once, Janene recognizes the process and still continues to send me pieces she sees in my range. It’s amazing to have another eye out there that knows my priorities for finishing our house.
