“We didn't hire Colin for our modest garage remodel because he told us not to. At least not until we'd first spoken with our local buidling department to see what was required. He listened to what we had in mind, gave us great counsel, and proved that their are decent trustworthy folks still living among us. When we decide to renovate our home, or if asked for a recommendation, Colin would be my first call. Maybe after the building department.”

“I wish I could give 10 stars! I cannot speak more highly of TR as a design-build firm. Rick and Todd are honest, trustworthy & upfront. Most contractors will tell you anything to get the job, but TR’s estimates were dead-on and they finished on time & on budget — which is unheard of. Also, a lot of architects will create incredible, over the top plans, but they have no interest in making them affordable to build. With TR, they knew my budget & were able to design/plan accordingly, accurately & beautifully. Many friends have been wooed by elaborate architects‘ plans & then completely deflated when they went to bid on contractors and found their projects to be completely unaffordable. That won’t happen with TR. Additionally, Rick & Todd are perfectionists and won’t let any sloppy work slide. There is no higher bar - seriously. Long story short: With TR, you get what you pay for (and more) and you will come in on budget, on time and without any headaches. Other firms will revise their low-ball estimates as soon as they get going.”
