“Archierio Design — full home interiors | Overall 4.5/5 We hired Archierio for our home interiors. An honest, stage-wise account. Space planning (5/5) The most important stage for us. Our brief was simple to state and hard to deliver: get as much open space as the layout would allow. It took real back and forth, and Keshav and his team were relentless — they kept returning with fresh options instead of defending the first one, and we landed on one of the best layouts this space could give. Our inputs were genuinely respected and worked in, not politely noted and dropped. Commendable effort. Design discussion (5/5) Intense and extremely helpful. Keshav and the team never gave a single take-it-or-leave-it option — for every area we got multiple choices with the pros and cons of each explained, so we decided with information rather than guesswork. We pushed our own ideas too, some genuinely awkward to execute, and they were received openly. We wanted simplicity with elegance, and every design reflected that. Operations (3/5) This is where it dipped, and I'll be straightforward. The start was good, but after that there were real ups and downs. Coordination between teams was not up to the mark and there was confusion. For roughly two months very little moved on site, which became a two-month delay in handover — a painful stretch. It also mattered that I was staying in the same society and could drop in often, because I caught several wrong dimension calculations myself before they went into execution. Related: the 2D team issuing the final measurements was not on par. There were gaps, I flagged them more than once, and we were lucky they surfaced in time. This needs tightening — most clients won't be living next door to catch it. What I'll say firmly in their favour: quality was never traded for time. There was no "we're already late, let's rush the finish" phase, which is exactly what I feared once the delay set in. Sudharshan and his team held the standard throughout, and it shows in the finish. Outcome (5/5) Fantastic. The house we saw in the 3D is 95–98% the house we got — anyone who has done interiors knows how rare that is. Even my parents loved it. Two-month delay included, what came out is beautiful, and I'm thankful to Archierio for it. Verdict Recommended. Design thinking and space planning are real strengths, the design conversation is collaborative rather than prescriptive, and build quality holds up. What needs improvement is execution discipline — internal coordination, site momentum, and measurement accuracy. My advice to anyone signing up: hire them for the design, and stay involved through execution, especially at the measurement stage. Do that and you'll very likely get the house you saw in the 3D. We did.”

“It was good working with them and the project was executed on time”

“GJ studio was one of the three recommended vendors that our builder Good Earth recommended for our townhouse at Good Earth Malhar, Bengaluru. We spoke to all three and Geeta John, the head of this outfit, stood head and shoulders above the other two - purely based on the passion and enthusiasm she exuded, even on the phone. There was immediate follow up and based on the fact that her previous work was in sync with our taste, we hired her after just one meeting. We are thrilled that we made that decision - Geeta understood what we wanted (a somewhat rustic look incorporating elements of old Indian style kitchens) and provided ideas and solutions. We had a few initial meetings face to face at the site and at our current home (I thought it was important for her to see that). After the agreements on the main concepts and budget were worked out, most of our discussion was on WhatsApp or email and she would call when something was needed urgently. This all fitted in very well with my work schedule. More importantly, I did not have to spend much time choosing things, other than one outing to choose the light fittings for the kitchen. The scope of work included the kitchen, crockery/pooja unit, utility, limited cabinet work in the bedrooms and bathroom. I wanted to go all out for colors in this home and do something really different - Geeta jumped at the chance to do this and what she came up with was what we were looking for. The distressed look was relatively new for her staff and her, but she and they worked hard at it! At one point, my daughter did not like the color in one bedroom and even though it meant additional work, Geeta made sure that she got what she wanted. Geeta's crew is dedicated and are very good at what they do. Geeta clearly takes immense pride in what she does and therefore the love and personal attention that she put into our home is evident. I think that is her unique attribute - it is not just the business. She takes feedback in the right spirit and ensures that she addresses it. The only recommendation I have for Geeta is to pay slightly more attention to the practical elements (such as optimal positioning of electrical points, recommendations on what kind of baskets should go where based on user preference, etc). Not that she doesn't, but adding a bit more attention here will make her absolutely exceptional. Geeta delivered our home with high quality, on time and on budget. Not something that is easy to do and therefore, someone I would highly recommend.”
