“Recently had our kitchen remodeled. We had been in the house for just over 30 years (we are the original homeowners) and it was in serious need of an upgrade. Bob Dion and his two sons (Rob and Chris) came to the house and talked with us about what we were looking to do and we can't say enough about how cordial and professional they were with us right from the start. They worked with us intensively ahead of the actual demolition/construction to make sure that we were all on the same page, and made suggestions based on their extensive history of doing remodeling jobs. Everything was ripped out, the walls down to the studs, the floor down to the plywood. The demolition uncovered various issues from the original construction and they patiently explained the problems to us in plain and simple language and then proceeded to deal with them. After the initial demolition, Rob was the one who handled much of the actual remodeling and we can only rave about the work that he did. He treated the work as if it was his own house and we were not simply a paycheck for him. Such was the trust we placed in him that we had him working in the house even if we were not there sometimes. And the people they work with were all top of the line - Excelsior Lumber for the cabinets, his electricians (Al and A.J.), his siding guy (Shero Construction), all did quality workmanship. The final result was beyond our expectations. We are now considering using them on a possible master bathroom renovation. I would certainly put these guys at the top of anyone's list to handle your home remodeling or renovations.”

“The team at Creative Design did an excellent job on my kitchen renovation. One of the things that sets them apart is that you have an entire team of professionals behind you, including a designer, project manager, dedicated cabinetry specialist, licensed plumbing and electrical professionals, and the owner, who oversees the project from start to finish. Everyone was professional, organized, and easy to work with. They coordinated well with my municipality and building inspectors throughout the project. Whenever I had a question or concern, it was taken seriously and addressed promptly. I also appreciated their transparency regarding pricing. If I requested an upgrade or a change in scope, they clearly explained the additional cost upfront, so there were no surprises. I intentionally waited a full year before writing this review because I wanted to evaluate the quality of the work over time rather than immediately after completion. A year later, everything continues to function beautifully, and I have received numerous compliments on the design and craftsmanship of my kitchen. The cabinetry, appliances, and all of the installed features have performed exactly as expected. While Creative Design may not be the lowest-priced option, I believe they provide excellent value. When you consider the cost of hiring and coordinating a designer, project manager, cabinet specialist, plumber, electrician, and other trades separately, you may ultimately spend more—and take on much more responsibility yourself. Having an experienced designer who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate the entire process is a significant advantage. I would highly recommend Creative Design to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality kitchen renovation.”

“This was our 3rd major project working with Robinwood Kitchens, starting in 2015. In 2015, they did a fantastic job with our kitchen, and in 2019 they did a great job with our master bathroom when we lived in our Summit home. Just this week, they finished a kitchen island expansion project for us in our new townhome, as well as installing a beverage fridge in our coffee bar area and installing additional pull out shelves in our lower kitchen cabinets. Rebecca Mahoney, the owner, did a first rate job viewing our new townhome kitchen, listening to our wishes, and coming up with drawings in a short amount of time. Robinwood acted as the general contractor, and arranged for the demo work, electrical and plumbing, and the install of the island. The only work we had to do on our own was to deal directly with our countertop vendor of choice. Robinwood's installer, Lenny, did a great job, and was a pleasure to have around. He has a wonderful positive attitude, and was careful protecting the floors, and always cleaned up / vacuumed at the end of each work day both in the kitchen area as well as our garage. I would highly recommend using Robinwood Kitchens for your future projects.”
