“I initially reached out to Bryan to inquire about help rebuilding our deck. We had planned to meet a few weeks later, but a rainstorm caused major leaking in our living room. I texted Bryan and he came right over - traveling across town - and brought an employee to assess the situation. They quickly determined the issue was with the roof and even went up to place a tarp to prevent further damage. Bryan also left us with a carpet dryer and walked us through how to remove the damaged carpet and padding so the subfloor could dry properly. During that process, we discovered there was significant long-term damage to the subfloor. At that point, we decided to shift priorities and move forward with remodeling the first floor instead of rebuilding the deck. Throughout the project, Bryan and his team were attentive and helpful. They addressed wet exterior siding and insulation, helped us select new flooring, and provided input on our fireplace tile choices. They were also very flexible and supportive of the fact that we wanted to complete some portions of the remodel ourselves while they handled the rest. While we were away, they removed all the old flooring in our home and discovered an additional area of subfloor damage on the other side of the house, which they repaired. They also identified water damage around our doors and told us they needed to be replaced before they could finish the flooring installation. Since we were not physically present, Bryan helped us source doors that fit our needs. When we returned home, there were a couple of issues we noticed, including a section of grout that had cracked and a register cover that did not fit into the new flooring properly. Bryan has already committed to coming out to fix those items. Bryan works with specialized contractors for different aspects of the job. One highlight was the stucco work on our replacement siding. We live in a townhouse, so matching color and texture was critical, and the stucco contractor did an absolutely perfect job. That was really impressive. One thing to note is that the price for specialized subcontractors is higher when going through Bryan, as there is a percentage added to the rate. We would have paid less by hiring certain specialists directly. However, Bryan did ensure that the people working on our project were among the best in their specialty area. Their overall pricing is on the higher side, and the project moved more slowly after the initial emergency, likely because our job was small compared to some of their other projects. That said, this really felt like a “you get what you pay for” situation. Since this is our home, we were comfortable paying a bit more for the peace of mind that the work was done properly. When we had an emergency, Bryan and his team responded immediately, and we truly appreciated that level of urgency. Overall, Bryan delivers quality work, has a reliable network of specialists, and is very responsive in urgent situations.”

“My wife and I were seeking a contractor that could help with a rather involved project. We have a split level home and the back side of the house sits on a concrete slab. Due to a void under the slab, it had started to sink and we were also having some settling with interior walls on that level. After using a few different polyjacking vendors, we eventually got the concrete supported but along with that we had a HVAC duct get filled with poly as well as a main drain plumbing line that was filled with poly preventing the usage of shower, faucet, toilets, etc. Enter Joseph and his team... we worked with 6 different contractors getting bids for the project and we decided to go with SRCC. The more we talked with Joseph, the more we could see his experience and knowledge shine through. SRCC was not the highest, nor the lowest bid but we felt it was fairly priced. And we appreciated the transparency with the pricing and ability to offer an a la carte option so we could include/exclude options allowing us to choose exactly what we wanted and knew exactly how much it would cost. When it came to the work, Joseph's team was prompt, thorough and courteous. The work was consistent, there were no large gaps of time in which no work was being done and the craftsmanship was great. The team made every effort to reduce dust and debris spreading throughout the home as well. Project Scope: Repairing damage HVAC and plumbing caused by poly, bathroom remodel, new baseboard trim throughout main level, new LVP in hallway, LVP in bedroom, LVP in living room, dry wall repair, new exterior doors. We will most definitely be using SRCC for future projects.”
