“Jonathan came recommended through a friend of ours who worked with him on her remodel and gave nothing but a glowing review. We had no other friends who could, in good faith, recommend their former contractors, so we immediately knew he was something special. We were looking to add a new room to our house as an ADU above the garage. Many other companies we spoke to either quoted astronomically high or were simply unresponsive. Jonathan was immediately a very clear communicator, a straight shooter, and offered solutions that others did not propose to make all of our asks a reality. After the initial meeting, we threw in a curveball of wanting to replace all of the windows and doors on the main house as well. He was able to fold this into the plans and re-adjust the schedule and price accordingly. He is a diligent time manager and kept each part of the process moving, and even nudging us when the ball was in our court. Most importantly, he is extraordinarily responsive. Whatever question we had (and we had a lot of them), he would take the time to clearly explain the details of the situation. He and his team are professional and courteous (shout out to Carlos!) and, since we stayed in the house during the re-model, aimed to make the process as unobtrusive as possible. We even asked him a question two months after the job finished and he responded immediately and helped send a team to handle what we needed. Above and beyond. For all of these reasons and more, we highly recommend Jonathan and his team for all of your contracting needs!”

“We highly recommend Home Renew 360! We contracted them to repair our roof and were so pleased with the quality of their work and work ethic that we contacted them to do several projects in our home - remodel primary bathroom, carpet stairwell and all upstairs, paint inside and outside of our home (including repairing stucco), install recess lights and replace old ones, and much more. Each project was completed with quality materials with workers who took pride in their work. Our contractor, Chaim, was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. His caring guidance through the whole process was greatly appreciated. No matter what project we added his response would inevitably be, “Of course, we want you to be happy with us and the quality of the work we do for you.” The team he put together for us were very respectful of us and our home, including cleaning up after each day’s work. We have referred several people to HR 360. Each one has been very pleased with them as well. We will definitely be reaching out to HR 360 for future projects”

“I wanted to thank American Home Improvement, and specifically for Jack Mair for his help and professional recently. I have been looking diligently for a good contractor for my bathroom remodel and it's been quite the learning journey. AHI was one company I called and Jack came out. He shared with me the costs and his experiences. Before he left he said "feel free to reach out even if I didn't choose AHI and that he was willing to help me answer any questions I had as he wanted me to make a good decision that met my need." I actually sensed his sincerity and professionalism. I was close to choosing another company and I called Jack and asked some important questions around cost/scope. Knowing that AHI was not getting the job he still advised me so that I good make some good decisions. I was so refreshed that he actually care about helping me meet my need. It left the best impression of him and his company. Based on this experience I would feel very comfortable calling them back for future opportunities and/or referrals for someone else.
