We found AARK Associates through recommendations and were very happy with what they built for us. We chose them because they prioritised design and function for our space, and were clearly in a different league from the typical "ID" that we found online. We were not keen to entertain contractor-style, template-design nor package deals others were offering. Instead, Clarence focused on listening to what we wanted, and spent a great deal of time and effort customising design solutions that met all of our unique needs. He also came up with many storage space solutions and worked them seamlessly into the design. I am truly appreciative of what Clarence and his team have done. Our guests are super impressed whenever they visit our house. The service and finish quality truly made the journey worth it. I would highly recommend them to anyone who values personalised interior design with thought and heart.

I approached Aark to revamp my newly purchased 3 bed condo with vague instructions: I didn't quite know what I wanted, all I knew was that I hated the way it currently looked. For the introductory meeting, Clarence sat down with me to help me articulate my personal design style and the feel that I wanted. He then came over to the property to get a sense of the space. In a short time, he came back with detailed drawings which incorporated my personal style and elevated it! The result was a tasteful, modern home with features that I never knew I needed (but now cannot live without - a handbag display cabinet anyone?). Clarence was able to maximise the space in my home, designing around challenges such as bay windows and a poorly designed bathroom featuring an outdated long bath. I would highly recommend Aark to "design challenged" individuals or new homeowners who want a collaborative, organic process around designing their homes. Thank you for your hard work Clarence!
