Habitech listened intently to my aims and needs and provided solid advice and direction as well as efficient service. I was pleased with their space planning and design thoughts and suggestions. When I was carried away with the frills, they looked at the various solutions which ensured I stayed true to what I needed to get done and also stay within budget. When there were problems that cropped up, they provided good guidance both in terms of what needs to be done and the pros and cons, so i could make a better decision. Working with them has been enlightening, fun (looking at the various possibilities), focused and engaging. Communicating with them has been a pleasure, they have kept me disciplined in terms of my wants and have shown much kindness in completing my project. I am very satisfied with my experience.

We never had good experiences with ID/Contractors and this is both gathered through the years of dealing with them and also the numerous complaints from friends and family who also never had good experience with ID/Contractors. We had to do up our new home. We prayed for a good ID/Contractor. Habitech came highly recommended by 2 friends. We met with 2 other ID/Contractor. Thus, in total we met with 3 including Habitech. We decided to go with Habitech; largely we could sense their sincerity, they know what they were talking about and they came up with great ideas we never thought about. Every details of the house was taken into consideration. They met with us about 3 - 4 times at our new place, got to know us and to know what are our Must Have, Good To Have, Timeline, Concerns, Budget Etc. In short, we felt that they were able to firstly ascertain and know us as whom we are, what sort of lifestyle we lead and thus when they came up with the idea of the house, it blew our minds. Second, being athletes ourselves, they thought of every single details on where we could store our sports equipment etc. Thirdly, for the work they delivered, we feel the budget they offered was reasonable. Forthly, timeline was perfect. I never had any ID/Contractor who over deliver and under promised; Habitech was the only one. They knew Sep was my Birthday, they delivered it earlier so that we can could in as my husband wants to celebrate my birthday in the new place. There were hiccups along the way, for example. We originally wanted a different tile but unfortunately they were not available from the supplier. They immediately informed us and sourced for another alternative which was a blessing in disguise as it became nicer that the original one we wanted. Throughout the 5 weeks of renovation, they have kept us informed, showed us pictures of what has been done thus far and was with us when we went to source for blinds, curtains, lights and fans etc. They gave us good suggestions. We used to hear of how contractors get a cut from such suppliers. We are confident that they did not get any cut because the suppliers were our friends. Having an ethical, honest and sincere ID/Contractor is such an important element in ensuring you feel good in your new home. We thoroughly appreciate the great service provided. We enjoyed the work they did for us. There was a slight issue with a small area in one of the wall. They insisted that they get their man to come and fix it. Honestly, it was rather minor and we were ready to overlook it. But being the great people they are; they insist on ensuring that small corner is fixed to perfection. As a consumer, I love great stuff, great experience and great service. I have them all with Habitech. I could not stop telling people about them. I even wrote on my FB about how great the experience has been. I am in the service industry and I pride and preach about customer service. Habitech has taught me to OVER DELIVER! Evon is a great Designer with great ideas. Kenneth is a great Project Manager with great project management skills. In short, the entire experience since early June 2016 till now has been phenomenal. It has been amazing journey and I am sure we will continue to use them should we need to renovate our next new home.

Kenneth & Evon did a great job knowing what I want and delivering on them. They also ensure to minimise any disruption to my daily life and quickly finish the project with the quality I expected. I'll definitely hope to hire them again for any future reno needs.

Finding an interior designer is never an easy task. As it is imperative that you find one that can fully rely and trusted on, on their profession and the project you be giving out for them to handle without worrying too much. At HABITECH, all of the above problem is solved for me as follows. 1) Every single details is explained to me clearly and no stones is left un-turn before the project begins. Apart from minor hiccups which all owners will DEFINITELY encounter, even if we engage the BEST. As I believe there is no perfection in this world. But in HABITECH the requirement I need is met and have exceeded my expectation. 1) Very friendly, good positive attitude, knowledge is very rich in their line of work. 2) Weekly sitrep (Photographs) was provided when project commences. 3) The project was was completed 1 week prior to the deadline. Defect is very minimal, may 1 or 2 minor, with quick response and resolved when informed to the Designer within a day of two after handling over to me. Kudos to HABITECH !
