“For a few years, we wanted to change our old patio with a quality material. We met with several contractors and reviewed their quotes. None of the proposals were really what we wanted. We were beginning to resign ourselves and to think of some concessions, when luck or maybe even a small miracle put a young contractor with a very well expérience et skills, MHS Construction Inc, in our research. We were immediately won over by his ability to listen, by his will to sublimate everything he wanted to undertake. We can say that the work he has just accomplished exceeds our expectations. The patio is simply magnificent. The work is perfect, the lights that he has carefully installed make it even more magical. The contractor listens patiently to his customers and does the impossible to satisfy them. He works with meticulousness, delicacy and determination. He is passionate about his work, that is to say, about work well done and meticulous. He spares no effort to sublimate his work and meet the expectations of his customers. “I have used D.I.R. Renovations for several kitchen and bathroom renovation projects of various sizes as well as general construction jobs. Seri Gandhi not only has an excellent understanding of all construction-related matters, but is a good communicator, listener and problem-solver. The contractors I use must reflect well on my business and DIR makes ME look good by making the CLIENTS happy. It's a win-win arrangement. Clients have commented to me about his professionalism, clean work site and pleasant disposition. I get the impression that once Seri works for a client, they will rehire him for future projects. “France is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend her anytime. Not only does she has great taste but she is resourcful, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Her recommendations are always tasteful but realistic within the budget that we had set up before. She respects budget which is rare in this field. I undertook major renovations with her. We had planned for the renovations to happen while I was on vacation. She handled all the quotes with the contractor and suppliers. She followed up on delivery of material and was on the site everyday during the renovations, updating me on a daily basis by email while I was away. When I came back, everything was done to perfection! I never experienced the hassles of the renovations. Her contractor is amazing, works very well and very reliable. And France is the perfect project manager. I trusted her completely and would work with her again anytime. I recommended her to all my friends who needed help and they were thrilled with her work. She is just great!!!”

“Yesterday, I had my Dracme Louis XV ornated mantel installed. I live in a centenarian house, a 1910 Montreal triplex, and there is not one straight line in my living/dining's room floors because of the respectable age of my building. However because of the right calculation David Richard took before, and his genius solution on how to cover my hideous bricks fireplace , and the combination of the fantastic detailed installation of Marc Fournier, I am now the proudest owner of probably the nicest fireplace's mantel in the whole NDG, ahem, maybe the whole Montreal! I would recommend to anyone who demands any beautiful addition in their home, Omega Mantels! I will add photos soon!”

“We hired TOC design to remodel our kitchen. Once the plan options were delivered and final design decided, we then hired Tania to manage our complete kitchen project. Tania handled everything and we were very pleased with the end result. The project went seamless and Tania was very accommodating and worked tirelessly. Tania and her crew delivered the finished project on time and on budget. We were also very impressed with Tania's attention to detail which is evidenced in our finished kitchen.
