“My outdated kitchen needed a totally new look and Counterra came to my rescue! We spent many hours going over plans and placement of each cabinet and drawer until we had a perfectly designed kitchen. Shaun was easy to work with and was readily available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. My kitchen is now stunning and is the focal point of my house. “I worked with Amanda Jarvis on a kitchen renovation. The entire process was GREAT! Amanda was a joy to deal with, very professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone without reservations. I appreciate Amanda's customer service skills the most, they are outstanding! She always had a great attitude and great communication skills. She always made sure that I understood what the project entailed and what the status was. Very nice. The contractor was awesome, always had a great attitude, worked with me and the rest of his team easily, and kept in constant communication. They were SUPER FAST and helpful, also flexible when they needed to be (like when I changed my mind 100 times during the process, for example). They made the whole process insanely easy for me, which made me feel that doing this project through Lowe's was completely worth the money. The deadlines that were set were actually exceeded, the whole project only ended up taking a little over two weeks. This was a nice treat as I was in a time crunch. I have heard a lot of nightmare stories about kitchen remodels (not through Lowe's) and I am happy to say that this was a GREAT experience all around. The workmanship, speed, focus, attitude, and organization were all excellent. The crew also did their best to keep the area as clean as possible, that was appreciated. All in all, everyone was great!”
