“A Direct works with many different vendors. Kraus is by far one of the best manufacturers we partner with. Their customer service department is always on top of their orders, returns, and the occasional damage. They ship out quickly for the amount of orders they receive, and provide us with the tools we need to help sell Kraus sinks and faucets. We also receive great feedback from our Kraus customers. They are impressed with the product, the price, and packaging. Their sinks come protected in a black cloth bag, along with a beautiful hand towel Kraus gives each sink customer. If you are a retail client you can find videos, reviews and more on this brand all over the internet. They provide the best quality for the cost, hands down. “Top Knobs consistently has product in stock. They have one of the most comprehensive selections available for decorative cabinet hardware. Offering multiple sizes within each collection. They have great styles to choose from. Their customer service is helpful when questions arise, the only reason for a 4 star rating versus a 5 star is that they require a signature for all deliveries which does cause an inconvenience for some customers.”

“I had my kitchen designed by them, Mildred the kitchen designer offered us many designs for the basic to rich, based on inputs we provided, and worked with us an option that was within our budget. The whole staff is very helpful and non-judgemental, and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommended!”

“Our contractor referred us to Innovate Stones for Countertop. Although i knew what i wanted but this was my first experience buying a countertop, with so many choices and budget you tend to get confused. Paula at Innovate stones was very helpful in guiding us while we were at the store. My kids were with me and she gave them paper and color to keep them busy while me and my husband were busy deciding. That was very nice of her and I made few choices but it was not within my budget so she recommended alternate options. My husband changed his mind with the budget when we reached home so Paula emailed me list of countertop choices within my budget. That really helped me making me selection and also helped me in not exceeding the budget. The installation was quick and perfect too.”
