“Prudential Solutions turned our old bathroom into a luxury bathroom just for a couple of weeks. They showed us some of their previous projects, so we can make our mind and come up with the best, trendy, and up to date design. They also suggested color schemes and materials. We are exceptionally pleased with their dedication, hard work, and final results. Our bathroom came out the way we had imagined it. We highly recommend Prudential Solutions for your bathroom projects and we already recommended them to our relatives and friends.”

“Vine Street Design worked with us start to finish on our recent renovation of our kitchen and bathrooms. They had a great selection of cabinets at a variety of price points. Additionally, they were able to provide custom color options for our kitchen. While we went with a more expensive model of cabinets for our kitchen and master bath, we selected lower priced models for our children's bathroom and guest bath. Regardless, we found the quality and craftsmanship to be excellent in either price point. The design process was seamless. We had series of meetings with the designers to ensure to flow and functionality, especially in our kitchen. We spent time discussing our cooking and storage needs, which the designers were able to incorporate when selecting accessories for our cabinets (i.e. built-in spice drawer rack, large cooking utensil storage, deep cabinets for pots/pans, pull-outs for our pantry, etc.). Throughout the process, communication was excellent and we were kept up to date on progress, price, and any other decisions that needed to be made. We're looking forward to working with VSD on future projects and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others.”

“Dream Kitchens has quality products that will fit anyone's budget. I wanted great quality cabinetry with a lifetime warranty, but not spend a lifetime paying for them. Everyone to this day walks into my kitchen and says "WOW!". No one believes I did it in 2003. The design is timeless, the products are state-of-the-art, and I can officially say I LOVE MY KITCHEN!”

“Joe did a major contracting job for us, renovating a 1900 house.. Throughout, his team was excellent, did quality work, and took pride in their work. The finished project is fantastic. We couldn't be happier. Joe and his crew were more than just employees - they were our friends and became a part of our family. If you want really good results, you can't possibly do better than Joe. In fact, he is doing another job for us now. He has our absolutely highest recommendation! You couldn't find anyone better.”

“I literally cannot say enough good things about Imperial Kitchens and Baths. They combined a dreadful, cramped, dated, narrow little kitchen with a wasted enclosed sunporch to create an *AMAZING* kitchen. Walls were moved, floors were torn up and replaced, mystery plumbing was discovered (and repaired *properly*I) subfloor radiant heat was installed, walls were tiled, new cabinets and counter tops were fabricated and installed, and paired with new faucets and appliances to create .. did I mention *AMAZING*? The designers understood our style and our budget, and made recommendations that brought both together to create the best possible kitchen for a cold Chicago winter morning - from the warm floors to the gleaming tile (with a stop at the built-in Miele coffee system) it is an amazing space first thing in the morning, and so open and easy to cook in it's hard to believe it's real.”

“Greg and his crew recently remodeled my bathroom - gutting it, reworking the plumbing, tiling, installing new fixtures, installing a venting fan, reworking the electrical, and painting. I am very pleased with the results and have gotten many compliments on the great job they did. The work was done in the time specified by Greg and the cost was very reasonable. The men who did the work arrived on time every day, covered the furniture in an adjacent room with plastic, and cleaned up each night before they left. I would not hesitate to use A-1 Pam for my next remodeling project and highly recommend them.”

“Chi Renovation remodeled my bathroom, refinished the hardwood floors, and painted all the walls. I'm very meticulous and, consequently, I am NOT an easy customer. So, when a job is done with superior quality, I want to acknowledge it and give full credit. Background I live in a 1-bedroom, Gold Coast condo that's about 700 Sq Ft. I hadn't updated it in 10 years and was really ready for change. I decided to refinish the wood floors, paint all the walls, and completely remodel the bathroom. I consulted with and received bids from 3 companies before choosing Chi-Renovation. Superior Advice & Direction Since I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do to the bathroom or the colors I would choose for the walls, I was open to suggestions. The Chi-Renovation Project Manager showed me pictures and asked questions to be better understand my tastes, how I would use the space, and my vision. He then gave me great recommendations regarding color and design elements and did most of the shopping for me. For example: He brought tile, accent options, and wood finishes to my home based on my preferences. He sent photographs of options for the fixtures, toilet, tub, etc. This was incredibly helpful because I don't have a car nor the time to do that kind of running around. I was pleased and impressed with the advice and direction that he gave me. He also met with the chief engineer for my building at the beginning of the project to manage all of the technical stuff. He made the process VERY easy for me. Exceptional Crew I was also impressed with the caliber of their expert craftsmen. The custom vanity and cabinets that they made are absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly despite the awkward constraints of the space. The tilework is like art -- beautiful and flawless. And, the refinished hardwood floors look like new. Perfect! And, they completed everything in just 4 weeks! Why Chi Renovation & Design? TRUST... Before witnessing any of their work in my own space, I chose them because after seeing examples of their work and speaking to them, I trusted that they would do what they said they would do when they said they would do it and that they would do it with integrity (in terms of their professional conduct and the materials they used): On Budget - On Time - Highest Quality. I appreciated having the Project Manager (who also provided wonderful design direction) as a central point of contact for all elements of the project and their entire crew proved worthy of my trust... so much so that I felt comfortable taking a mini out-of-state vacation for the last week of the project while they painted the walls and refinished the floors. The Cost I was quoted $12,600 for the work (and that included basic building materials). I paid an additional $4,700 for my custom vanity and cabinets, tempered glass sink, brushed nickel fixtures (for the sink, tub, and shower), and tile. The price was reasonable given my vision for the space, the types design elements that I chose, and the quality of the work.”
