Along with our own ideas, Dual Designs helped blend these with their knowledge to achieve the kitchen that we are so pleased with. The attention to detail from the design through to the fitting has been first class and would recommend them to everyone. The quality of the furniture is excellent craftsmanship and we can easily see it will last long into the future.”

“I asked LBI to completely renovate my two bed garden flat in Highbury / Canonbury area. Job involved complete gut, rewire and plumb, removal of some load-bearing walls, and a full refurb. We went with Jake because he was respectful and provided a comprehensive quote and project plan that gave us transparency and confidence he’d properly considered the job and the work involved. He also shared the risks up front. He and his team completed the work bang on schedule (vital as my wife was ‘full term’ pregnant!), and to a great standard. His team was courteous and efficient and when we had concerns - e.g. with placement of a wall or a socket - Jake was always very responsive. This was a big job, a difficult job given the timing (impending baby), but also a fulfilling job (a complete refit). It was stressful (because building always is and because of the timing...), but Jake and his team took a lot of the unnecessary stress away because of their skill and attitude, and left us with a wonderful nest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“David and Sarah designed and created 2 stunning new bathrooms for our new home. One a spacious, practical Family Bathroom and the other an En-Suite for us grown-ups! I could not praise them more highly. I came full of ideas, but also confused by Pintrest etc. So many photos but I didn’t have a clue where to buy the products or if it would all fit and work. The Small Bathroom Company suddenly brought the design to life and on-budget. I couldn’t believe how easy they made it all look and it saved me so much time. I didn’t have to keep going through brochures and I really trusted their knowledge of installation and all the techniques. The fitters who work with them were just great. Chris and Tom were so friendly, so considerate about our home, I felt comfortable leaving them to get on with the installation. 5 stars, very very pleased and I can’t stop looking at the bathrooms, they are so nice.”

“Extremely happy with the service provided by Higham from the start of the design process through to my dithering phase and finally with the finished product. Everyone who sees my new kitchen wants their details. Questions always answered with patience, kitchen installed when promised to fit with a bigger building project and follow up help offered though not yet needed. Excellent company.”

“I was very happy with dealing with Nora from start to finish. She prepared several scenarios based on my very rudimentary outline and provided contemporary ideas at a reasonable price. All deadlines were met and she kept me appraised of progress and ideas as necessary and on a regular basis. I can only give Nora the highest recommendation: she is a pleasure to work with, provides wonderful ideas to turn your house into a home, stays within budget and her work and implementation is of the utmost quality. “Jeremy designed and fitted a new bathroom for us in January 2016. This was an extensive change to the bathroom – involving stripping everything out of the room, re-plumbing the bathroom components to new locations and re-decorating. We’re very happy with our finished bathroom – the quality of the design, fitting and components in excellent – like something from a posh hotel room! Jeremy’s design makes impressive use of the available space – we previously just had a shower over the bath and now have a separate walk-in/wetroom-style shower and a large roll-top bath in the same space, without the room feeling cramped or compromised in any way. Jeremy designed our bathroom and managed the fitting – including: - Working with us to agree the layout in detail (walking through it in the room and providing diagrams) - Helping select materials and fittings - Arranging logistics such a certifications, skip hire, permits etc - Ordering the materials and fittings and all other supplies - Engaging builders, plasterers, plumbers and electrician - Managing the fitting, decoration and finishing - Aftercare: including walking us through how to use all the components and even touching up the paint when we had a small water leak (caused by a problem unrelated to the work on the bathroom) The bathroom was completed in the agreed timescales and to a very high standard. I believe Jeremy always works with the same tradespeople to fit the bathrooms – they were all very polite and tidy while fitting the bathroom and Jeremy was to hand to sort out any queries or minor issues. We are pleased with the finished bathroom and would recommend Jeremy for bathroom projects.”
