“We hired Don Foote Contracting for a total renovation of a 3300 sq ft old house. Work involved demolition to the studs, reframing and then complete renovation. The job moved along rapidly and they were always quick to react to any bumps along the way. Don and his team work very hard to be as transparent as possible with what is happening and costs of various aspects of the project. They are also very organized and push the homeowner to make all necessary decisions up front so things are not delayed waiting for material or while a design decision is made. Despite having a very detailed and explicit plan before we started we still made some changes along the way. They took these in stride. The team and subcontractors were clean and respectful of ourselves and our neighbors and they did great work. We ended up with a wonderful house that we love. I would absolutely hire them again. Final bit of advice: Plan EVERY BIT OF DETAIL POSSIBLE for your project BEFORE YOU START. A good contractor will love you for it and you will save money.”

I was given a quote/timeline and explanation of all the work plus I got frequent updates on progress, issues/recommendations -- so there were never any surprises. The guys did an amazing job on my floors, crown molding and worked with me to design the built-ins for my living room. I will definitely work with them again when I start phase 2 of renovations!”

“Kevin Roy Builders did an excellent job building my new home. Kevin's prices are competitive and fair. The quality of materials and workmanship were great. There were no hidden cost - once the price was agreed upon. Kevin was always available to listen and address any concerns. He took care of all of the details and permits. “In desperate need of extra storage space and wanting an upgrade, planning for our kitchen began. We came across Supply New England just prior to Thanksgiving. Fortunately for us, they were having a Black Friday special. After speaking with Norm and having him visit our house we were already sold. Norm was thorough, professional and had great design ideas for our kitchen. We worked with him to decide our direction and Norm went to work bringing our new kitchen to life. I can't say enough about how impressed we were. Cabinets, granite counter tops, back splash tile, sink and faucet were all ordered. When our contractor saw the detailed plans and had them reviewed with Norm, there were no questions as to what needed to be done. Needless to say, we are VERY happy with our kitchen. And the Black Friday special made our upgrade very affordable. In fact, it will bring us back for phase 2 of changes.”
