“When we made the decision to remodel our 1980’s, outdated, small, inefficient mauve and pink kitchen, we contacted Matt Welsh at Bouchard-Pierce to tackle the task.
From our first meeting with Matt and all those that followed, he was a pleasure to work with. We were impressed with his creative design ideas, helpful suggestions, and his knowledge of the products Bouchard-Pierce carry. His challenge aside of modernizing our kitchen was to gain more kitchen space using the existing area, make it efficient, and somehow incorporate the top of a free standing butcher’s block made for me by my grandfather somewhere into the counter space. He exceeded our expectations while staying within what we had budgeted. We were excited with the Medallion hickory cabinetry, Cambria quartz counter-top, Vermont soapstone sink and appliances we ended up choosing with his guidance.
In addition to his design expertise, he was patient while decisions were being made, was prompt in returning phone calls and emails, met deadlines, and deliveries arrived when he said they would. We had some adjustments that needed to be made to the appliances after installation, however, they were no fault of Matt's and the service department at Bouchard-Pierce made the necessary trips needed to correct the issues.
This was our first experience using Bouchard-Pierce and we would certainly recommend Matt Welsh and Bouchard-Pierce to those interested in a kitchen design update or appliances. We are delighted with the results.”

“KBD was recommended to us by our contractor. He spoke very highly of their work and their location was close to our home, so we decided to shop there first. We met with Ali White, who was very welcoming! We talked extensively about our renovation and our expectations, and we set a budget. Ali worked very hard to make sure we got the kitchen we wanted, while staying within that budget. In addition to helping us choose cabinets and countertops and developing the overall kitchen design, she made wonderful design recommendations on the details too, like paint color, cabinet hardware, etc.
The installation went very smoothly as well. All cabinets fit perfectly and were beautiful. We LOVE LOVE LOVE our new kitchen! I would wholeheartedly recommend KBD and would be happy to talk to anyone considering a kitchen renovation. We not only have a new, beautiful kitchen, but new friends in Ali & Becky White!”

She steered us clearly in the way we wanted to go but also was not afraid to nudge us back on track if a few of our own ideas were not the best way to proceed.
