“When it comes to a house / home, the most important thing to me is having the comfort in knowing that it is being handle carefully and well taken care of just like if it was your baby. Copper Design made sure of that and I did not have to worry at all. Options were give to me on what decisions I could make so I could make the right decision. I also got advice on whether to compromise certain parts of the design element and this was important because if i had done whatever i wanted, it might not have actually worked to my benefit. “Finished my reno end June and my wife and I were really satisfied that we chose Thaddeus interior to renovate our second house. Gabriel and Sabrina are very nice people to work with and they always try their best to fulfill our requests and ideas. I initially proposed a motorised sliding glass for my full height shoe cabinet which both Gabriel and I had never seen before and my wife didn't believe that it could be done. We were surprised that Gabriel didn't just brush the idea off, but instead, he went around to source for the motor, asked for advice and eventually managed to build the shoe cabinet to the idea we wanted. Gabriel also has a great team of people working for him. The carpenter who was doing our house was a very nice uncle who was experienced, skillful and very patient to all my suggestions and changes along the way. The rest like the electrician, painter were all very well mannered and never lost their patience when I got them to amend this and that. Overall, I am very pleased with the workmanship. My parents and relatives also praised on the quality. Last but not least, Sabrina was extremely patient and meticulous to details, not to mention very friendly throughout. Doing renovation is an very stressful job and it really take people like Gabriel and Sabrina with high EQ and professionalism to do a good job. My project was quite a small one since my EC came with many built in features, yet Thaddeus Interior had never given me the impression that my project was not as important as their others. Even after the final payment was settled, Gabriel continued to respond swiftly to my requests on minor touch ups. Thaddeus interior does not have the cheapest quotes around for sure, but I think when it comes to renovation, I rather have a peace of mind going for quality workmanship and happy working relationships. “Hi, i would gladly love to give my own greatest feedback for CHAPTER B PTE LTD (BRYAN LOW) for his extreme extra mile of service provided to me with his creative thinking and flexibility that i have experience with him throughout the whole process of engaging him to design and follow by renovating my new home. As i have purchase a Build to Order 92 square meter unit that was completed in May 2015, i have started going around to many Interior designers' companies/ websites checking out their designs, prices and to find out whether are we able to bond during the initial discussion on how to design my new home about a year ago. I have gone to countless companies and found out that most of the designers are just providing me pictures of what they have done before and get me to choose which design package and to proceed from there. the funny thing is there are no room for amendments and telling me if i want to change or reduce certain parts that i do not like will also cost me. They have gave me no choice but to walk out of their showrooms. But for Bryan from CHAPTER B PTE LTD, when i met him, he gave me a feeling that he is an honest man with great personality and always ends his sentences/ conversation with his humor. Making my wife and I to feel more relaxed when we are talking to him. i have been in service industry for 12 years and this kind of person with superb personality is hard to come by. So Bryan's first question that he asked me was what is my wife and myself working as. follow by how many family members are going to be staying in the new home. is there any specific designs that i have encounter in real life and like to share with him. out of the whole Q&A, there were no mentioning about how much my budget is. Which other companies will not even concern about what my profession is and who am i going to live with, they would have ask me for my budget and show me pictures to get me to choose and quote me extremely high price that would burn my pocket and not able to do anything about it, which is considered a bad service system and practical mind set. ultimately, i have decided to engage CHAPTER B PTE LTD and i am very confident that Bryan will not disappoint me. he came up with a few designs that it is too good to pick, wishing i could have a few more units to use up his different unique designs that he have offered me. So, i have chose 1 out of the few and here goes with the start of renovation. throughout the whole renovation process, Bryan visits my new home almost everyday to ensure that everything are on schedule, and will send me pictures of the daily progress. Most importantly, if there are some hiccups during the process, he will consult me and give me win win solutions to solve the problems. He will think of my conveniency and time to time he would call me and offer to help me with other purchasing of furniture and accessories for my new home that could provide a warm lively home.
