Element Design Group is a design/build home remodeling firm which provides a full-service approach to renovations. We bring together all of the necessary resources for a successful project. Our capabilities include everything from creating the initial design concept, to the selection of materials, all the way through completion of the construction. We worked with Greg from Element Design Group for a renovation of our two bedroom apartment in Manhattan and couldn't be more pleased with the results. We really appreciated how seamless the entire process was and it was great to work with one company from design through construction. Our project involved redesigning the kitchen to make it an open floor plan and renovating both of our bathrooms. We replaced the flooring throughout and had everything painted. Greg took the time to review everything with us, answer questions and make decisions. Even when we requested changes to the plan he was patient and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. We were really pleased with the attention to detail and how everything stayed on time. We had heard horror stories from a few of our friends who had recently renovated so we were prepared for just about anything, but everything went incredibly smooth. Would highly recommend to anyone who is renovating!

I hired Element Design Group for a gut renovation of a 2000+ sf, 4 bedroom, 4 bath space. The project involved combining several apartment units together which I had purchased over time. Greg and his team worked with me to design the layout of the combined space, choose all the materials, and secure the permits from the co-op board and building department. Greg and his team are exceptional. They always did what they said they would do on time, and it always cost what they said it would cost. They also worked quickly and efficiently with no downtime or delays. Greg always answered the phone when I called and he was always patient with my questions. Best of all, their workmanship was superior. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They performed a complete bathroom remodel for me and did a great job. Gutted my entire bathroom to the studs and rebuilt. They installed all new fixtures and tile. The workers where always on time, well mannered and hard working. Greg was extremely helpful with assisting us with selecting the style of our remodel. This was the first major renovation project we have ever done so we needed a lot of guidance. He did an excellent job with holding our hand and walking us through it. The scheduling of the project was executed perfectly. We had no issues and had our home back in only 4 short weeks!

I hired Element Design Group to update my kitchen and was very pleased with the results. I was thinking that I would need to replace all of my cabinets to get what I wanted, but they found a creative to work with much of what I already had. They did an excellent job of blending the existing cabinets with new ones that they custom made. This made me very happy as it not only saved time, but I was able to put more of my budget toward the high-end appliances.

Excellent service from Greg and Shaun at Element Design Group. They designed and managed a full gut renovation of a 1 bedroom apartment, with attention to details big and small, practical and aesthetic. I was especially pleased with the simple but unique design touches that made the overall job really stand out.

Commented: Is the metal door in the back ground the...The door is the entry door to the apartment and it was the original metal door to the apartment at time of purchase. During the renovation of this apartment, it had been stripped of all paint.
