We have worked with Will Stephens and his crew on several projects over the years. We've found Will to be diligent, trust-worthy and hardworking. We and our clients have been quite pleased with Will's professionalism, communication skills and most importantly, his producing a high-quality product.

1. Stephens & Co. and his crew always exibited the utmost respect to us his customer, as well as our neighbors. They were always very pleasant to work with. 2. Stephens & Company did a complete renovation to our home, including new plumbing, electrical, new roof, new hard wood floors throughout the house interior, sheetrock and painting plus an approximate 20% increase in the footprint. The exterior was reshingled and a large deck added. The contractor completed extras that enhanced the value of the project at no additional cost. 3. Stephens & Company followed the architect's plans with little supervision, and were able to find solutions to some problems without changing the look of the design. .We are very happy with the total project. We asked if the project could be started on the first of September 2007 and completed June 1, 2008. The house was started and completed on time, something very unusual on Nantucket. We very much enjoyed working with Will Stephens and would do so again in the future. We would highly recommend Mr. Stephens for any construction project, large or small.

In 2005 ,after interviewing several builders, we hired Stephens and Co. to build both a new garage and then, in the following year, to perform a total rehab of our summer vacation home. The total cost of both projects exceeded $1 million. To see what kind of work they did we first had them build the garage and then the following year , because we were so pleased with this work we had them do the home rehab. In both instances we were very pleased with the quality of their work. We found the company to be very reliable. They performed the work very, very well and did so in a timely manner . We had no ( zero) problems even though we lived in Pennsylvania and all the work they performed was on Nantucket and we could only inspect the construction on a very infrequent basis, in the case of the garage, only once during the entire job yet it came out just the way we wanted. I found the owner-Will Stephens- to be very honest, professional and helpful with suggestions and recommendations throughout the construction period. His crew was pleasant, respectful and also did excellent work. Clearly, we were very pleased with everything they did and highly recommend them.Seven years after completion our house and garage have had only one minor problem and Will fixed it within a few days after I brought it to his attention.
