The entire process spanned the course of a few years, their team patiently worked with us through each phase to ensure that every detail came to life. The staff is professional, detail oriented, and thorough. Thank you to the entire team, we love our new home!

2 years ago my wife and I decided to pursue our dream home but we had no clue or plan on how to achieve it. How do you even start? When you invest and commit to a forever home, it's has to be more than just a business engagement. With Fautt, it is family - and that's how they treat their cilents. You are not just hiring the best design-to-build firm in the business, you are getting a partner in one of the biggest decisions in your life. For my family, it's been 5 months now in our beautiful home, and we still can't believe it's our new reality.

We have been working for Fautt Homes regularly for over eight years as a subcontractor. Their knowledge, quality, attention to detail and outstanding design is exceptional. We start all of their projects knowing exactly what rough and finish products will be used...rarely do we have a change order as construction contingencies are thought out well in advance. This results in projects being completed on schedule and as budgeted. Fautt Homes is truly the cream at the top of the custom home builders in the Bay Area.

We are so pleased that we chose Fautt Homes to build our Napa style Farmhouse. Jeff and Shelby were with us every step of the way from the architectural creation, choosing of build materials, design finishes, and timeline ending with an incredibly finished home. It was so enjoyable to be a part of the selection process for the tile, paint, lighting, flooring, etc. Fautt Homes has wonderful employees and stand behind their work. Project will be completed Aug 2017. Quality of work is excellent. Delays in construction is attributed to city approvals causing long delays. Biggest problem,is PG&E. Contractor don't have any contact to move project. Overall ratings, excellent work.

Commented: Great kitchen!These ceiings are 10ft. 12ft is better if possble but 10 ft gives you 2 ft of clearence over the doors, windows and walk-throughs.
