Innovative Design Build

Innovative just completed a remodel on our home. We renovated three baths (including primary), added two new baths, new kitchen and renovated the den and sunroom. We chose Innovative primarily because of their process oriented approach to the project and their detailed planning phase. Molly and the design team had creative ideas during the design phase and came up with a layout we had never considered. The project went smoothly from start to finish. The timeline was clearly laid out, and we knew what to expect each day of the project. The finished product is fantastic. Special thanks to Raul and Haylan who were on site daily making sure everything ran smoothly, and Santiago for his craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The entire Innovative team was great to work with from start to finish. They have everything and everyone that you’d need for your home project. They took care of every step from permitting and design to the final finishing touches. It was great to have Meghan as our main contact during the entire process. Molly brought our vision to reality with suggestions and an excellent design. Our project manager, Diego, and his team, Isaias and Senior, ran a smooth operation and we fully trusted them in and around our house even while we were away from home at times. Our new screened-in porch is now the family’s favorite spot in the house.

Innovative Design + Build helped us with a complete renovation of our kitchen, which was our second project with this design/build team. The result was a stunning improvement of our kitchen that we will enjoy for years to come. We want to especially thank Meghan and Diego for their hard work as they led a talented team of craftsmen resulting in a successful project. We are thrilled with the results and look forward to our next project.

If not for Meghan Berry…. It all began with a return phone call followed up by a home visit with Meghan. She listened to our goals for our remodel and explained the “Innovative way”. We knew instantly that we had found the exact fit to make the dream happen. Raising a sunken living room floor is complicated and requires many skills by many professionals, including restructuring and redesigning the fireplace. While there, we also updated the powder room, jack and jill bath, refinished the floors, and finished the space with soft finishes. Innovative combines the experts in every field to make sure the structure, craftsmanship and design are all coordinated. But the best skill Innovative provided was a plan to make sure this was done, WHILE WE WERE LIVING IN OUR HOME! Every single person involved in this project showed professionalism and courtesy above and beyond any company we had ever used. Special thanks to Raul, Haylan, and Santiago. These gentlemen (our heroes) made sure all work areas were clean and neat before leaving. Weekly walk-throughs and continuous online communication made sure we were informed and consulted at each phase. The project began and progressed on time and as expected. Wholeheartedly recommend Innovative Design+Build. The whole team is fabulous. From start to finish, Sales Coordinator Meghan Berry nurtured this project with skill and warmth; she’s truly amazing. Architect Kristen Ware translated our goals into a practical and extremely attractive plan. We love living in the reconfigured space. Designer Molly Trost effectively guided us through the dizzying array of choices on paint colors, hardware, and other design elements. Jackeline Safran gave us timely estimates of the costs involved, facilitating decisions about the scope of the project. Project manager Trevor Robertson was always responsive, sending early morning updates to our late-night queries, building in solutions to major unforeseen issues, all within a timely completion date. Chris Rodriguez, the onsite coordinator, showed consistent attention to the smallest detail, not only supervising staff and contractors but also seeing to our house with the care one would give their own home. Company founder and president Clark Harris stood back and let his team do their work, but was also hands on, meeting with us personally, for example, on such specific details as the muntin choices for the new windows. An all-around terrific experience working with the team at Innovative Design+Build.

I cannot say enough about the team at Innovative build and design. From start to finish, they were always responsive and heard our concerns and desires regarding our basement finish. Such attention to all the details and great problem solvers when it came to nontraditional spaces that we were trying to finish. The designer offered several options for our theater room and I picked and matched what I liked. if it did not work, they went back to work and brought different options until I had what I wanted. Meghan (Sensitive Information Hidden) is the best. She was able to communicate with our neighbors and met with me regularly , around my busy work schedule to make sure the projects and ideas I had about our space were put in motion. Pricing was fair, especially as we started during COVID times with scarce resources. Our project manager Diego was always available by text or phone call . The owner toured several times and made sure we were fully satisfied with the final results

I recently had a master bathroom renovation completed by Innovative Design + Build and I can honestly say that this was the best renovation experience I've ever had. From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was incredibly professional, courteous, and accommodating. Despite encountering a few issues during the project, the company handled them with incredible patience and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was particularly impressed with the way the company respected my opinions and fulfilled all my requests. They were always willing to listen and made sure that the final product met my expectations. I would like to extend a special thank you to Sales Meghan for her knowledge and helpfulness throughout the entire process. Also, a big shoutout to Project Manager Diego and his team member Isaias and Diego Sr. for their hard work and dedication to delivering a fantastic project. I could not be more pleased with our new bathrooms and laundry room. Innovative Design Build remodeled five full bathrooms, two powder rooms and our laundry room in late 2022. Our renovation project was slated for 16 weeks or so! I was a bit unsure of how it would all go but the entire team was amazing. The remodel/construction team at Innovative Design Build was professional, knowledgable, courteous, respectful and so much more. Our project manager, Raul, was amazing! He was on top of every detail, every minor issue, the project timeline, the change orders and more! He could not have done a better job! Santiago and Haylen were also top notch, professional, fabulous and motivated individuals. There was someone or some team of professionals at our house almost every day! I always felt that our project was important to Innovative Design and the staff! The design team was also fantastic! Molly and her staff were attentive, respectful and helped me to put my vision into a plan! I am sure we will have projects in the future and I will NOT hesitate to call Innovative Design Build! Clark and his entire staff are top notch and professional! They truly are some of the best contractors in the Atlanta area.

Innovative exceeded our expectations. Outstanding design and execution. We could not be happier with our new master bedroom, master bathroom, and guest bathroom. We appreciated that Diego and Isaias were attentive to our questions/requests throughout the project. And we always appreciated Senor's hard work and attention to detail.

Innovative demolished our backyard deck and replaced it with a combination deck and screened porch. Innovate is design-build so our project began with salesperson Meghan Berry listening to what we had in mind and making initial recommendations followed by preliminary drawings by architect Lee Ryfun, Jr. and design ideas presented by Molly Trost. Once we agreed on the scope and design of the project we went to contract. Innovative's process ensures that every detail of the project is described in the contract, there was no guesswork regarding the materials, finishes, etc. From contract to commencement was about 60 days and time under construction was roughly 70 days, exactly the time estimated in the contract. Trevor Robertson was our Project Manager. He did a great job, communicating regularly and meeting weekly with us to determine if there were any mid-course corrections needed. Another Innovative strength is their project management software that allows the customer easy access to all construction documents and a platform for communicating with Innovative. When the project was finished owner Clark Harris met with us to review the project. Innovative will also return at 60 days and 1 year to reinspect and address any concerns. Bottom line - we had a thoroughly professional experience from start to finish and we could not be more pleased with the end result. Highly recommend Innovative Construction.

Converted our old back shed into a livable space with small kitchen and bathroom. Transformation is amazing and hard to believe. The whole team were fantastic to work with, and I was very happy with the work and the whole experience. Quality is excellent and the team followed up and fixed up some really minor issues after completion. Would recommend!

We had Innovative finish our basement 5 years ago, so when we wanted to have our master bath redone we went back with them. They are wonderful and Clark has put together a great team from design to the project manager Raul. Would be happy to have them do any project in the future.
