“Wow....so glad I found a private owner that will rent to my family and not be a cookie-cutter cooperation number company that has a check list of numbers that will automatically deny me ... that is after I paid their application fee and was never told about the square peg in the round hole common thread they use to deny applications like mine. That is why I am writing this review to help anyone who has the same problem of being denied and not told about their number cut off games. so word of advice for anyone in my shoes...find a private owner that can work with your situation and you will save a lot of money in the long run. These private owners worked with my application that had an eviction and i had several homes to choose from with only paying one application fee. so it was a win-win for my family in the long run.”
