“Mrs. Antilley assisted me with selling my Mother's home at 8001 Walden Rd., Baton Rouge,La. She arranged for an estate sale, painting the home, and landscaping work. Prior to listing the home there was a water intrusion requiring water and mold remediation. This then resulted in an interior and exterior tear down and subsequent repairs. There was a major problem with drainage on the property, again Mrs. Antilley was instrumental in evaluating the situation and securing a drainage contractor to rectify the problem. This all started in May, 2014 and the property was closed on in October, 2014. Prior to the closing, Mrs. Antilley met the movers and coordinated the moving of furnishing to my home in New Mexico. Through out all of these difficulties, Mrs. Antilley remained patient, professional, and caring. Her knowledge and experience were absolutely invaluable. This was a very arduous and challenging time for me personally. I am forever grateful for Mrs. Antilley's kindness and her astute professionalism. Melinda L. Marsh, MD”
