“I completed a Real Estate transaction with this firm in Whitby, Ontario. The listing went Multi offer, when it was time to present the offers, all agents/brokers were aware of the number of offers and who had the offers. We all meet at the same time to hand over the offers as well. This helped me in making my clients feel comfortable with the process! “Mark has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. Before meeting Mark, we walked into this experience with so many questions, worries, nerves, and pretty much a recipe designed towards backing out. We are a young family with 2 kids under 6 and a 3rd on the way, so it was a daunting experience to start with. Once we met Mark, all our uneasy feelings began to subside. Mark started to provide us answers, confidence, and so many insights we never knew. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the process. “We've been working with Sivage for more than a year now and he's become more than just our real estate agent. He's now part of our family. He was helpful in finding our first investment property. In the GTA real estate market it's not easy to know what kind of property will give you the best ROI so we had a lot of questions going in. He listened to us patiently, answered all our questions, and made sure he understood our requirements and limitations. He filtered out the kind of properties that we were sure to be interested in, so we didn't have to spend too much time going through the MLS listings. He worked within our tight schedules, was always punctual for showings and was very responsive. When we found the property we liked, he gave us a clear picture of what offer would be reasonable and accepted, and what kind of returns we might expect. Right from the time we invested in our rental property Sivage's been a pillar of support. He guided us through the renting process, found us tenants ahead of time, did all the required background checks and prepared the contracts, and helped us deal with any issues that cropped up with the tenants or with the property.
