Innocently, in fact, as we were invited to a neighbours' home for dinner and were 'wowed' by the kitchen renovation they had undertaken. We have a 30 year old home and it WAS time. “2017 And so here we are almost seven years later and once again, we have been fortunate enough to work with Bea, on our latest project, a sweet little victorian. All that has been said in the past remains true.Bea, the consummate negotiator, moved us through colour selection before considering the needs of the only bathroom on the 2nd floor of the house. Yes, the fixtures would be updated but in collaboration with the past, which demanded respect. Bea and her staff worked with urgency and tirelessly to design a solution that would be functional and aesthetically pleasing. Bea considered the opinions of suppliers, and waited on contractors to give this project birth. This story is a work in progress, as the goods have been ordered and received, the chosen contractor is ready and construction begins next week... 2010 Bea brought a wealth of design experience and product knowledge to our conversations about a variety of projects. Bea understands that the spaces where people live, should bring joy and comfort to the lives of the people who inhabit them. Her intuitive knowledge of colour drew us to her at the outset. All projects were brought in on time and completed within the proposed budget. Bea, the consummate diplomat, resolved many of the differences of opinion that my husband and I had over colour and finish selections. Her knowledge and connection with the trades people meant a quick resolution to many little pesky problems. Our first project involved picking out colours and wall coverings for a new home. We were so pleased with the experience that we called on Bea for the second project, the rehabilitation of a three bedroom condo, which suffered from neglect. When viewing the space with the Real Estate Agent, it was apparent that the dear old doll, needed a new dress. Once again Bea rose to the challenge, selecting colours, luxurious fabrics and finishes for all the rooms in our new home. It was during this time that Bea was invited to bid on a larger project to refurbish the lobby of our building. Bea skillfully negotiated the design and selection of furniture, lighting, carpet, fabrics, colours and finishes with the condo 'decorating committee'. The fourth project addressed the needs of a new a apartment. Again, Bea listened patiently to our desires and provided a variety of fabulous design options. We have always enjoyed working with Bea and Jim and their staff in the past and look forward to continuing the relationship in the future.”

“During the summer of 2015, we hired All-Craft Renovations for a very extensive remodeling /renovation project. My first contact with this company was at one of our city's home shows. After speaking with Brian, I really felt this company was the one for our project. He met with us in our home to give us an estimate as well as to help us determine what we wanted to get done. Our first project was an exterior deck. The carpenter arrived every day, early and built a beautifully designed deck. All the old deck was cleared away and taken care of. Everything was built to code. We then decided to completely redo our kitchen, our flooring in living room, kitchen and dining room. We had a new staircase put in and then had a bathroom makeover. Kitchen and bathroom were gutted to begin with! It was very exciting to see the changes that were occurring daily. Again, all clean up was done and workers were on-site daily, including some weekends! We were very impressed! Our bathroom included the design, and construction of a beautifully tiled custom shower with bench and alcove, free-standing tub, brand new vanity, linen cupboard, installation of a fan, new light fixtures and a new toilet. Ceramic flooring was also installed. Hardwood flooring was installed on the main level (kitchen, dining room and living room). And the kitchen included a brand new design as well, including light fixtures, a pantry and a peninsula countertop addition. We were and continue to be extremely happy with the results of their workmanship! I would highly recommend this company for any renovation that clients are looking for! Amazing results!”

“We hired Jason and his team for a renovation/update to our 17 year old home after he gave us an in-home consultation on our plans. We are “handy” homeowners and enjoy a good project but I was thankful over and over during our renovation for Jason’s management of the flow of jobs. His team and subcontractors were respectful and accommodating, the quality of work was excellent. We lived in the house through the renovation and were impressed with the condition the work site was left in each day. Jason was always available and stressed several times to me that what was most important was that I was happy with results. Work on our home included preparation for a new kitchen installation (doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, flooring, drywall, painting, tiling), a rebuilt staircase, flooring removal and installation, new molding and doors installed, exterior siding patching. Jason’s recommendation of door/window and tile suppliers/installers yielded great results. All the people he brought in were top notch as were his team. Jason did a wonderful job rebuilding our main staircase with custom built and stained railings and banisters. It was not an easy project, we were extremely pleased with the high quality result of his hard work. I had great confidence in Jason as the job progressed and would highly recommend him for a renovation project. We ourselves intend to hire the team in the future for some additional work we have planned.”
