Minchew and Company
Atlanta, GA Renovation Contractors
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars19 September 2013
“Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

“I hired Homeworks for a recent project and was very impressed with their level of professionalism and attention to detail. They delivered on everything I wanted, and for the few times I didn't know exactly where I wanted to go, the team was helpful in providing suggestions and sharing past experience to assist in guiding me there. The entire staff was friendly and high spirited while remaining serious about the work at hand. Very happy with the final result. Will contact them again.”

“I am an architect with Cognitive Design and F.M. Studio is the best residential contractor I've worked with. In my experience they are attentive, collaborative, and creative partners who are trustworthy stewards of their client's resources - and the quality of their work is second to none. BCM London Inc.
Atlanta, GA Renovation Contractors
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars3 September 2016
“The overwhelming majority of reviews highlight all of the good and true things about B.C.M. London, Inc. and I will try to summarize here:1. Professional from beginning to end2. Highest level of customer service (promptly responsive to our many initial inquiries as well as the follow-up on punch-list at the end)3. Quality of work is exemplaryAs a detail-oriented person, I was extremely diligent in making the choice of which company to select for remodeling our 'already finished' basement. I requested and got quotes from multiple companies and ruled them in or out based on their responses. Salar Sayari came to our home, listened intently to the same description that I gave to all potential contractors (absolutely essential for apples-to-apples comparison), and prepared a quote based on our requirements. There was considerable back-and-forth between us and the finalists before we selected B.C.M. London, Inc. as our choice. The end result is justification for all of the preliminary efforts. What was done:1. Demo/removal of two built-in bookshelves and drywall repair2. Removal of Murphy Bed and drywall repair3. Complete bathroom renovation from tub and cabinet sink to pedestal sink and tiled, glass-enclosed shower4. Conversion of 'kitchenette' cabinetry to entertainment/bar area, including replacing backsplash, painting of cabinets and installation of LED lighting5. Build of floor-to-ceiling library on three walls of a u-shaped room6. Installation of internet cable and speaker wires for media room7. Complete painting of all walls, ceilings, doors, and trim8. Installation of both carpet and hardwood flooring9. Replacement of five ceiling fansA sizable renovation involving a lot of different trades, all coordinated and overseen by Salar. Further, Salar's demeanor was most impressive, listening carefully to all of our questions and explaining what our options were and how he could best address them. Professional, polite, a can-do attitude, and making us feel that he wanted us to be completely satisfied - you can't ask for more from a contractor. The project was not entirely hiccup-free - but whenever we saw something that was not what we wanted/expected, Salar was quick to make sure it was addressed. As a general rule, anyone looking to do a basement build/renovation should always check as much information as possible to make sure sufficient and pertinent data is being used to make the contractor selection. When available, also look for any photos of completed projects, whether posted online in a gallery on the company's website, or directly ask the contractor if any are available for viewing on a tablet or laptop. Salar was quick to show us examples of previous work and used those examples as idea generators for our project. The highest recommendation for a contractor is whether or not they have repeat clients. It is our intention to have another project queued up for the spring of 2017 and B.C.M. London, Inc. will once again be selected for bidding.”

Legacy Renovations LLC
Atlanta, GA Renovation Contractors
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars14 October 2013
“Legacy Renovations has done a number of projects for me. Most recently, however, was my kitchen renovation. This involved essentially a complete demo as everything from flooring to cabinetry and appliances was replaced. Time was taken when necessary to help make choices and make recommendations and I'm pleased with all of the results. Reputable, follows through, professional, trustworthy, and the perfectionism you want in a contractor! I would and have recommended them to many friends and family. It's always nice to know you can trust someone in your home if you cannot be there and when working on small to major projects!”
