“Redline has done several jobs for us to include window sill repair,electrical addition and relocation ,cabinet relocation and plastering. I have also had estimates provided for additional work to include a covered porch and bathrooms renovation. The work will be done by Redline when we can schedule. “Work done: Replaced floors in entire house. Repaired walls and framing and painted entire house. Did demo and helped remove old furniture, then helped return everything. Justin gave appropriate suggestions for repair, replacement, painting, decorating, etc. Justin and his crew, specifically John and Caleb were wonderful to work with. They were respectful and went out of their way to accommodate us. Justin has great knowledge about what needed to be done and spent a lot of time going over everything with us. He found issues we did not know were there and still kept everything within our budget. We had to live in the house while the construction was being done and Halcyon accommodated us every step of the way making sure we were as comfortable as possible. Justin helped us tremendously with decision options and consistently guided us in the good direction. We are still a work in progress and I highly recommend Halcyon.”

It wasn't just any screened enclosure - it was an A-frame design with a tower leading to a spiral staircase down to our first-floor. “Vailes has done two major projects for us. In 2018 we had a new heat pump installed and had a screened in porch built. In both cases Vailes was very professional and did an excellent job. Our new heat pump works very well and keeps the house comfortable year around. The screened in porch is beautiful It was built using ipe wood and cat-proof screen. We and the cats enjoy it.”

“The Smith & Robertson team designed and built a custom house for us at Wintergreen VA. We started in March, 2012 and finished in January, 2013. We had a great experience designing and building, and are very pleased with the final product. Glenn and Ron are easy to work with and have a can-do attitude. The design was exactly what we wanted. They were able to put our dream home on paper and make it work. They were very creative on where to save money on the project, but also how to include some of the perks we really wanted. The sub-contractors they hired were professional and, for the most part, on time. The building supplies that S & R insisted on using were top-notch. Our "green rating", a big focus for S & R, is a big plus to our new home. We were able to stay within budget. We would highly recommend this wonderful team for design/build.”

“I have a 60's ranch house with a small master closet. The job was a tough one because of the building materials used. Instead of trying to take down and then replicate the plaster of the old closet. Kevin Bruggard (the contractor) came up with the idea to build a "room" around the old closet. The old opening is there with 3 hanging bars. The new room has deep and long shelving on each side reaching the ceiling. New 6' sliding doors were added with molding to match the rest of the room. Instead of presenting the most expensive idea; Kevin put together a modest and creative approach that solved my storage needs and then some! Very professional, all work was on time and as expected. I would recommend Blue Ridge and Kevin in particular. Great personality and very customer oriented.”
