“They are great , very professional, respectful and full of great ideas. A few items they have done is, new hardwood floor, new stain for hardwood floor, new carpet, new fireplace, installing trees, front yard landscaping , cement work and stone walls. We have used over the past 3 yeas to get all the items listed above done. Darren is very professional and gives you great ides on how to use your space. I highly recommend them to everyone and will use them again.”

“We called around and got several estimates as this was our first time ever having a remodel done. We probably asked more questions than most people but Ryan was super helpful and made sure we understood everything and were comfortable. We were sold with Earthwood's history and previous work! We had them come in and redo our kitchen and I couldn't be any happier with the work they did. From start to finish they went the extra mile and made sure that we knew what was going on at every step of the way. “Clark Johnson and Apex Mt Homes were selected by my wife and me from many contractors we knew in the area. Clark has done over 100 projects in the area and we loved the mountain look and the attention to detail as well energy saving methods Clark uses. In addition he brought us very innovative building methods, including Revit and pre-cut framing, yet still totally custom design that saved us 10's of thousands of dollars. The process was fun and creative. What we liked was a home that was grander, warmer in feel, and repeatedly receives comments from guests who say great things about the beauty, livability, great layout, and attention to mountain views. We also particularly appreciated the transparent budgeting and expense tracking system that kept our tension level very low. We moved in a month early, below budget. We would gladly build with Clark and his team again. We also found that the relationship was oriented primarily on what we wanted. The team repeatedly showed great ability at creatively getting us unique solutions and attributes that we wanted without breaking the budget.”

“Natural Woodworkers completed a full remodel of our home including exterior and interior elements. We enthusiastically recommend them! They gave us a new kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood floors, tile work, custom cabinets and all the details perfectly done to my wife's quite exacting standards. Let me also mention the pergola, siding and important fixes our 40 year old home needed. Now our home is like new. The former owner drove by one day and begged us to give him a tour. He was so impressed that he pleaded to have us show it to his wife later that day! Aside from the excellent work these craftsmen do, you will find they are just plain great people. We actually missed them when they were finished. I whole heartedly recommend these guys. Come see my place if you think I'm exaggerating.”

“We recently downsized into a much smaller home which created numerous design challenges. I have never hired a professional interior designer but I knew I was out of my league and contacted Jen at Motif Design Solutions. Jen has done a wonderful job listening and designing around my priorities and lifestyle. She made sure to incorporate all my favorite photos, accessories and key pieces of furniture into her her beautiful design to create a personal and cohesive room! Jen's recommendation to remove our kitchen table and replace it with a beautiful hickory bar top has transformed our very small kitchen into a functional, unique and livable area large enough to accommodate family and friends. Jen is very responsive and communicates with me during every phase of the design process. She has made sure we stayed within our budget and her pricing structure is set up so I can not only afford her services but I'm also getting the best quality furniture and accessories available. We are still several weeks away from completing the first phase of our remodel and I can't wait to see the finished results and start on the next! “My wife and I completely gutted our kitchen, dining nook, and pantry/back entry in a 1920's bungalow and were slightly nervous about it with the space that we had. But we knew something had to be done. It took over two years to finally make a move on the project, but we're very happy we finally did. We received estimates from 3 other contractors but as soon as Luke and Level Ground came through we felt WAY more comfortable about what we were doing. He and his staff of contractors worked with us every step of the way, had awesome insight to add to our ideas and were extremely respectful and diligent throughout the entire process, from quote to a new kitchen. Their team was on time, quick, up front about challenges, easy to work with on billing, on top of permitting and were basically everything you could ask for in a company rebuilding a major piece of our house. We were completely comfortable with them working in and around our house and our dogs. We would highly recommend the team at Level Ground for any project. Our kitchen turned out better than we ever imagined.”

“Josh jumped in to rescue me from a nightmare whole-house remodel for an investment property. After months of contractor battles, broken promises, delayed timelines, poor work quality, and permit and inspection issues, Josh jumped in and saved the day. He was immediately on the phone with the city inspectors until he could get answers and scheduled his sub contractors who came out immediately (often same day). They got the work done as promised, the first time, on time, and were fairly priced. Josh got the permits pulled, met the inspectors on site, and worked with them to come up with a plan to fix this disaster of a project. Honestly without his level head and expertise I would have lost my mind. And now the project is valued significantly higher than it would have to begin with because of the fixes he put into place. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. If you’re sick of dealing with dishonest, flaky contractors who do poor work, just save yourself and call Truth!”

“We began a business relationship with Western Building Corp in 2007 when we contracted with them to remodel a bathroom an facilitate a minor expansion of one room. The work they performed was excellent, on time and fairly priced. We later needed additional repairs and modifications to our then 75 year old home, and they always delivered on time and within budget. Our confidence and commitment to Western was reinforced when our son was searching for a company to build a new structure on an existing residential foundation. Here again Western delivered on time, on budget. Our daughter bought home in Parker, CO and needed the basement to be built out and have several rooms added. once again, on time, on budget. In 2014 we sold our big house and downsized to a small 80 year old bungalow that needed extensive expansion, and upgrading. We contracted with Western to do all the work and we have comfortably lived in our new/old house since that time. We have called Western whenever a problem arose and they have either promptly solved our issue, or recommended others to do specific work. We are totally pleased with the Western, and more so with the talented people who have worked on our projects. We have gotten to know many of their staff and would strongly endorse the company and the people. We have recommended Western to friends who have contracted with them on a variety of projects.”
