It was really nice having one team manage both the design and build of our house-- less back and forth, more cost efficiency, and we could not be more thrilled with the results. It really was a smooth process from start to finish. We appreciated all of the transparency around cost, and the realistic guidance they gave throughout our decision making. It also felt very personal... we got to know their team well in the process, and it felt like they really grew to understand us and what we were going for. “George has over the last 10 years repaired our house that was cut in half by a huge tree that fell in an ice storm,remodeled a mountain cabin we own and built a river pavilion which could be featured in architectural digest. He is an excellent and honest builder who will give you 100%. If anyone would like to discuss his abilities,business ethics and or his willingness to do an exceptional job I would be more than happy to speak with them.”

“We were searching for a home when we moved back to Asheville, and happened to stumble on a house that Kevin and Timber Creek were about to complete construction on. Everything worked out perfectly and we were able to purchase the house and we are so glad we did! The house has been a wonderful home for us. There are so many details that they thought of and so much custom work which makes our home one of a kind! They really thought of everything! 4 years later and we still get so many compliments on how well built the house is and how much attention was paid to the details. “We hired Builtwright to address a complex structural issue in the basement; but, we were quickly impressed by their abilities and professionalism and asked them to finish out the entire downstairs. We were even more impressed by the downstairs transformation and were becoming fast friends with Andy's entire team. So, you guessed it, we gave them the green light to facelift the upstairs as well and to complete some exterior upgrades. Whether the work was done by Andy's guys or by one of the many subs that he hired, tasks were completed seamlessly with perfect coordination, great skill and pride. Beyond the superior deliverable and overall project management, it was Andy's particular skill in finding design and material solutions within our budget that gave us the confidence to keep going. Significantly, when many would be focused on their next project, Andy was proactive with every detail of the punch list, giving us that final good taste. A repair job had grown into a whole-home project resulting in an inspiring and comfortable space that far exceeds our expectations.”

He has a fine attention to detail, and the subcontractors that he chooses to work with are held to those same standards. “Evergreen Custom Construction did an exceptional job on our home. Doug Oles the owner personally supervised every aspect of the work to make certain it was completed in a flawless and timely manner. There was never a day that this project was ongoing that we did not witness him outside of our home checking the work in progress.He has an exceptional eye for detail and design. His team were all very professional and courteous. Anytime anyone asks about our contractor we always say to use Evergreen Custom Construction. We are so extremely happy with the finished product. It brings a sense of pride when we get compliments on our home now which we do often. We are fortunate that we chose Evergreen Custom Construction because the owner, Doug Oles, is extremely virtuous and has great integrity.
