“We have had two major projects completed with the Alberino Team within 5 years! The first job was an extensive remodel and reconfiguring of a 1956 home to update and give the place a new look and feel with custom features throughout. The second job was pretty much a complete gutting of the entire home including all plumbing, electric, furnace, ducts, insulation, etc. after fire and water damaged the property. The core Alberino team is stable, professional, and dedicated. Each team member is an expert in their part of the job and committed to making sure the work is exactly the way you want it. Joe Alberino and his fellow team member, Dan, are wonderful tradesmen and both made many beautiful custom pieces for our home. The company tradesmen are up to date on installing all the latest trends as well as being equipped to restore historical work on older homes. They will stay in your discussed budget and give you an accurate timeline. We hired them twice due to the workmanship and professionalism. They work well as a team and their many years working together shows in the way they get the job completed within the timeframe discussed.”

“I am so grateful that we selected Keselman for our first floor renovation. Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom all turned out so wonderful. They were really great to work with the entire time and surpassed my expectations. They were extremely prompt in responses, always keeping us updated, always treating us with such respect and keeping a tidy workspace every evening. (this was so important to us with three little ones and living through the renovation) It was truly a pleasure working with them and you can tell they keep their standards consistent with their contractors also. Any small hiccup or change that arose they were prompt to help us remedy and it never became a headache. Everyone had the same high standards of performance and attitude -- it didn't occur to me how important that all would be until we were knee deep in the project. I am extremely grateful and have been recommending them to everyone who asks. I would definitely use them again. Thank you all - my family and I will never forget the superb job you did on our home; we appreciate it every day.”

“I hired Darla for my kitchen design in 2011. It turned out amazing! She is very creative and respects a budget. I was so happy with her services that when it was time to gut our bathroom, Darla was the first person that I called. For that project, and for the remodeling of our family room, Darla acted as designer and contractor. Again, we were very happy with her services. She is professional, reliable and gets the project done on time and on budget. If you are not satisfied with something, she fixes it. She is a delight to work with and I have referred her to many of my friends.”

“We hired them for a complete kitchen remodel. The estimate was comparable to the others that we received. However, what set them apart was their communication and honesty. It was very easy to communicate with them at all hours. They were always responsive and respectful. Adam and the team will do whatever they can to make sure the project is done exactly how you want. Any issues that came up were immediately handled by the crew. The communication was outstanding and the work was professionally done. We had a minor plumbing issue after the project was completed and Adam took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend HTZ Construction.”

“I have known Martin in a professional capacity since 2001. We initially worked as colleagues at two different mid-size architectural firms over a 2 year period. Martin first came to my attention as a highly skilled Drafting Consultant who was working on some of the more complex projects in the firm. When I moved on to a different company and was asked to recruit new talent, the first person I thought of was Martin. Martin eventually came on board at the new firm and carried a significant project load from day one, allowing his new employer the luxury and financial windfall of billing out a very large and complex luxury multi-family housing project with a modicum of actual manpower. After I founded my own firm, I again recruited Martin when I needed help to complete my own multi-family housing project on a very tight timeline. I gave Martin one of the most challenging technical tasks, that of cutting wall and building sections through this five story building. Martin rose to the challenge and delivered accurate, technically sound work on time and on budget. I knew from past experience that I could count on Martin and he did not let me down. It has been wonderful watching Martin grow his architecture firm into a highly-sought after practice. Martin's attention to detail and craftsmanship shows in all of his projects. His background as a Danish carpenter with many years of architectural practice gives Martin a unique design perspective that other architects simply do not have. I would welcome the opportunity to partner again with Martin in the future.”

“I would absolutely recommend anyone to build with them in the future. They built a very upscale home for my clients when they were having difficulty finding the right home. They worked very well with my clients throughout the process in some instances going above and beyond. Their quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail is fantastic! I have no reservations about referring anyone to them and they will be my first choice to refer any clients to that are interested in building in the future and in fact should I decide to build again they would be my choice also. My clients were extremely happy with their home and in the end, were extremely happy with me for referring them! “We hired Dover Home Remodelers for a basement project 9 years ago. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to do with our basement and Dover's professionals really showed us what we could get out of it. We were able to add another full bathroom, a kitchenette, a new laundry room and plenty of space for our growing family. What we really enjoyed about working with Dover was that they spelled everything out ahead of time, they met their deadlines and budgets, and when they ran into difficulties they worked with us to actually improve upon the original design. It has been 9 years but we still get nothing but complements on our remodel project. We cannot recommend their work enough.”
