“I was impressed by the precision work done by this company. I was offered various choices in styles of railings. Plus I asked them to personalize some stairs to accommodate my mobility issues. “I worked with Nest Design and Contracting to build two fences for my yard. Steve put so much creativity and expertise into the design. My fences are beautiful, functional and add value to my home. It was easy and fun to work with Steve and his team. They’ve also helped me with subsequent smaller projects and always explore various budget options and styles. “Emmons Custom's work is extremely efficient,clean,organized,professional and of the highest standard. While I worried about problems Dustin (the owner) may encounter working on my home, his response was " Una I tell my clients I don't have problems only solutions." True to his word he finds solutions with as little fuss and cost as possible to the customer. He has good contacts when he needs to call in other professionals. “I have had the pleasure of having 3 houses built with John Davis of Diamond Homes. On each project he was very detailed oriented, accommodating with changes, and closed on time. Although I have worked with many different Builder over the years, there is no one else I would have build me a house... John and his Staff make what is usually a stressful process one that is enjoyable and exciting. His relaxed and calm demeanour, and knowledge of the process is unmatchable. “Daniel and his team were great and we would not hesitate to recommend them! We moved into an older home in the Prince Edward County area. Prior to moving in we needed to remove baby blue broadloom that was the same age of the house. We also needed to lay a sub floor and new floor in most of the basement. Daniel not only provided and stuck to his original quote, finished on time, but he also provided guidance on the type of floor surface and composition to use. Through out the entire process the highest level of professional was maintained. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. We are already discussing additional projects at our home and we without a doubt hire Daniel and his team!”

“We had chosen a passive solar, well insulated, 1450 sq ft ( with walk out lower level ( another 1450 sq ft) design. Not knowing any builders, we chose a few from the Kingston Builders Assoc. We were very impressed with the detail of the Concord estimate. This was our first building experience. The house was considered a 'custom' home and was a 'turn key' home. This meant that the builder would see the project through completely until we moved in. Neither of us were able to be at the building site daily, so we had to trust our builder completely. We found Concord to be respectful and responsive throughout the project. The Concord builders and sub-trades were all very pleasant and willing to answer all our questions. Visiting the site was easy and comfortable. The passive solar required some particular design consideration and Concord added the needed siting, window size and eave changes. Martin Mack oversaw the entire project and insisted on attention to detail, especially in the insulating and sealing of the airtight construction. It was a learning experience for us, not unusual for this kind of project. We did go over budget. All additional costs were explained. There have been a few problems in this first year. Nothing very surprising, and Concord has responded quickly. We are very happy with our new house and would happily recommend Concord Homes for anyone who wants an enjoyable and professional building experience.”

“Andreas personally handled the work on the renovation of our master bathroom. This work was completed the beginning of November 2019. He was a very hard worker, and very conscientious of the work he was doing. He kept the area extremely clean every day. This was very helpful as this was our master bathroom and we still needed to use our master bedroom daily. He was extremely friendly and never had an issue with answering any of our questions and taking the time to explain things to us. We have hired contractors before and this was our best experience yet. We are extremely happy with the results. We highly recommend Andreas and Hombar Construction and will definitely use him in the future if we have other projects.”
