“We decided to hire Stoeppler Construction because the business owner lived in our neighborhood. We felt that alone would mean he would have an interest in completing the job as requested and also to preserve his own neighborhood. We made a great decision! Steve and his crew were extremely professional. One of my biggest complaints about hiring a general contractor on a big job is that communication can get lost or muddled between the GC and the subcontracted crews who do most of the work. Steve and his foremen handled this splendidly. Each a time we encountered a small change or deviation from the original estimate Steve was able to quickly provide updated costs and estimates in writing. We were expecting a baby around the deadline for the completion of our work. On the day our kitchen was to be complete, the baby was born. Steve and his crew worked diligently to get our house back to a livable condition before the new baby arrived home from the hospital. I would highly recommend Steve Stoeppler and his wonderful crew to handle your next home improvement!”

His estimating tools and communication skills far surpass those of any other residential builder I have seen. Both the homeowner and I felt informed from the beginning, and we were updated multiple times each week with photos and descriptions regarding the job's progress. “I’ve worked with Ibrahim and Ali for both an interior kitchen renovation, as well as a buildout of a detached dwelling unit in our backyard. They did a great job estimating costs, and it was a huge plus that they have the ability to self-perform most of their work so that they are not reliant on subcontractors to finish the job. “Gregg and Rains Building Group were outstanding. From our first meeting to the final walk-through, Alex, Jake, and the entire team were accessible and accommodating. After reviewing our plans, they made it clear that there was flexibility and that all communications would be open, accounted for, and documented. All the fears of building a custom home were eliminated by the kindness, understanding, and face to face meetings. “Steven Shore recently remodeled our bathroom, tiled another bathroom and put up backslash in our kitchen. He and his crew were efficient and very respectful to us and our home. We only had a general idea of what we wanted to have done but he provided us with suggestions on our shower build out and flooring. They did an excellent job and we were very happy with the redesign. We would definitely rehire them for any future remodels in our home.”

“Five-Star Recommendation! Metz Custom Homes came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint! Known for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, he remodeled our entire first and second floor. We expanded our kitchen 10X22’, which left some of the roof covered with tarps. At 7:00 a.m., a severe rain storm hit and at 7:20 a.m., here’s Martin on a ladder making sure we had now leaks! I was hooked! He was willing to meet us with other vendors like cabinet makers, flooring subs, painters, etc to see that each detail supported the overall design plan. We were so pleased with his work, I invited him to GC my office building buildout. Again, can’t say enough about the final products! There’s only one place I’d go for any future projects…truly appreciate Metz Custom Homes! Call them! Andy & Karen Minehart”
