“Steve Tatios from tatcor.com is first of all a gentleman who spent hours discussing my project before I even hired him. His ideas and dedication to detail was what I was looking for. In addition, I needed someone to design, draw and then take the project to completion. The work was outstanding in quality and detail. Anything we wanted to change or tweak, he was more than willing to do. The final project gets the "oohs and aahs" from friends one would hope for and our new basement is now the most fun and inviting part of the house. Multiple parts of the project were somewhat "out of the box" and Steve took to researching and handling the project. I highly recommend Tatcor.com. It is like a gourmet meal. It takes a few extra days but it is perfect when done.”

From cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, wall coverings and countertops coupled with a large selection of floor plans, we had a variety of choices in each category to truly make this home “ours”. “We had a wonderful experience working with Hanson General Contacting on a kitchen renovation. This was the biggest construction project we had ever undertaken and we couldn’t be happier with our new space. Our home was built in 1879, and has great character as well as challenges. HGC gutted our old kitchen and removed an exterior wall to extend the footprint. They took care to salvage existing materials, such as the original doors that were repurposed in the project. They matched the historic details, such as crown molding and trim, and they found bricks that matched the original facade. They sourced reclaimed wood to match the existing hardwood floors and beams for the extension to match the existing beams. Hanson guided us through with the right blend of soliciting our input, and advising us based on their experience and respect for our budget. We now have an amazing space where our whole family spends so much more time together.”
