“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“APlus remodeled my Kitchen and dining room. Alex gave me new ideas on a design much better than my existing design. When they were done, I couldn't believe my eyes, I had a new home, walls gone, ceilings raised and a huge area created for in kitchen dining. The beautiful caninets were just added benefits. I am super happy with my new home. So much better than I ever imagined.”

“I rate them 5 stars because they were courteous and helpful regarding (1) addressing the issue of remaking a bathroom for handicap access and usage, with the contractor understanding from first hand experience being in a wheel chair the necessary details; and (2) doing a rush job for us in lieu of my mother's imminent release from the hospital and our need for the bathroom to be done. When my mom was release, it was a HUGE relief to have that bathroom ready.”

“Mario and Christian took a dull, plain 1978 townhome and transformed it into a beautiful Italian-style home. It is gorgeous! The walls in every room are textured, faux beams were added, recessed lighting, and a combination of tile and hardwood floors. The renovation was done prior to us obtaining the home, but we contacted them as soon as we purchased the property to add a few things, paint, and tile the patio. Mario's design aesthetic is spot on! Both Mario and Christian pay attention to the most minute detail...and it shows. We could not have asked for a more professional job. Neat, tidy, within our budget, and on time! Every single person who we have recommended them to has phoned us to say how thankful they are!”

“Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. I especially appreciated the trash detail and clean up, which is a super important part of any reno job that many contractors don't take as seriously. “Chris and team just finished our master bedroom and window replacement renovations which included in the bedroom: rightsizing large oversized windows, rebuilding an exterior wall, adding a slider, canned lighting, drywall repair to ceilings to remove the large 70's florescent lighting panels, fixing closets, adding electrical to the closet, moving a television and all the rewiring and drywall. In addition, his team replaced all windows in the house, added a new custom French door and replaced two interior doors. He also added framing around all the exterior windows. This is the third major project I have asked him to do. The first was my beautiful kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel. Both had to be taken down to studs. His team is so talented and dedicated on getting details right. Projects run smoothly and efficiently. Subs are fantastic. I will have his team work on the next bathroom remodel soon.”
