“Revitalize did a fantastic job with our kitchen & living room remodel. They were fast, professional, and responsive to all of our concerns. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work. The remodel has really transformed our main living area into a more open, welcoming space. At the outset of the project, Revitalize worked with us to set a clear, realistic budget and timeline, and they delivered great work on schedule and on budget. I really appreciated that they didn't underbid/overpromise the project. They did a great job troubleshooting the little issues that inevitably come up in an older home and paid attention to all the details of the finish work. The project manager was in close contact at every step, and every person who came into our house was a solid professional. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants quality work!”

“Golden Eagle built our retirement house in Montana. The house is roughly 3600 sq feet, although the living space is 2500 sq feet. The house presented several challenges not the least of which was the topography of the lot. In addition, the plans called for an elevator, a greenhouse, a shop, and a tower to take advantage of the view. We also wanted radiant heat and universal design for an "age in place" design. All of this might seem ho hum, but the house was built over the Internet, via email, and photos; we are living in Virginia and, as I pointed out earlier, the house is in Montana. Golden Eagle's attention to detail, straightforward business practices, and excellent suggestions were enormously helpful. I don't think that we would have attempted an "Internet house" without Golden Eagle. Would certainly hire them again, but I think this is our last house.”

“We couldn’t be more pleased with the home that Cotton Construction built for our family. The entire build process requires many decisions and choices that Brent Cotton made very simple for us. He was very good at walking us through each phase of building the home and discussing our options. His construction expertise is showcased in the way our home looks and the craftsmanship is top notch. I would also like to highlight the fact that Brent has a team of outstanding subcontractors; from Excavation, Concrete, HVAC, Plumbing, Tiling, Timber Frame Joinery, and Electrical to interior design and staging. The highest level of craftsmanship and design was given to our home and Brent either did the construction or oversaw the entire process. “Caddisfly is a one-person business (resourcing to appropriate skilled workers, artisans, craftspeople as needed.) Can't say enough good things about owner/manager's professionalism, flexibility, integrity, and creativity. By project end date he will have done total remodel of living/dining room, kitchen, two baths, entryway, and closets. Owner/manager has been a partner with me throughout this process—and I intend to contract with him for future projects as well. On site, he's so aware of "the little things" like cleaning up after the day's work, and respecting my space/property! He's a gifted collaborator and encourager. He's well-resourced and has excellent assistants for specialty work. This is my first home-remodel and I couldn't have picked a better associate. I look forward to working with him in the future.”

“Michael McCarthy, the owner of Stonefly Construction, built our house in Clancy, Montana. My wife and I were impressed by Michael's attention to detail; the finishes were clean and modern, rustic wood accents from a local mill provided contrast to the modern design, and little comfort touches and conveniences were incorporated all throughout the house. Despite being in Montana, which experiences extremes of temperature on both ends of the scale, the house was extremely efficient. It was normal for us to walk around the house in shorts and a t-shirt when it was -30 degrees outside, with very low utility costs. The overall build quality was excellent, the design and layout were thoughtful, and the house was beautiful. Very highly recommended.”

“The project consists of a re-model of a run down bar where the previous owners did not do any up keep. We started out by having him do the new construction drawings which were changed by us about 20 times and he had no complaints changing them. When construction started he allowed us to do some sweat equity to save on costs for tearing the inside out, for which I know a lot of other builders do not allow this. He continues to allow us to do certain sweat equity jobs when needed and so far that has put us $9000 under his budget. I have a partner in this project and when we have differences of opinion he has been our 3rd party negotiator to smooth things out. His background in engineering and construction ideas continue to change on certain things to make the project continue smoothly and more cost effective in the long run. I would recommend Sysum Construction to anyone who wants excellent craftsmanship and a builder that works well with others on the project.”
