They kept us in the loop of any changes to the project or cost as the gutting process revealed more damage than we'd originally seen, though still met their projected deadline. “In late 2012 my wife and I began the process of designing a custom home and bidding the project with local builders. After 4 months of soliciting bids from 8 different builders we made our decision to go with Brett Lott of Lott's Better Built Homes. Brett wasn't the low bid in our competition, he was actually 4th in the pricing category, but he was by far the most comprehensive in terms of providing us a bid that included all of the line items and allowances we had requested. Brett was excellent at communicating with us throughout the entire process. His sub-contractors were enjoyable to work with and really worked hard to meet our schedule. I would say that Brett met and exceeded our expectations as first time home builders. We would (and have) recommended friends and family to give him a shot at earning their business in the future. “Jason and Jasmine built our dream house! They worked with us to make our dream come true. We loved the way they had options to choose from, and we loved the way they managed change orders. I cannot imagine having a new house built any easier. Also, being able to monitor progress on the web was very very nice. The only reason for not giving a five star rating was that the cleaning of the house was not great prior to move in, and the interior painting needed several touch-ups. That being said, they addressed 100% of our punch list to our satisfaction and professionally. We are eternally grateful for the house that they built for us and I would definitely recommend Prodigy Custom Homes if you are looking for a contractor.”

“My wife and I fell in love with one of Greg's floor plans. The quality of the materials used, the designs, and especially the attention to detail were big selling points for us. Greg Senger was a very kind, very understanding and, most helpful during the pre-job planning. He assisted us in every way we could have needed. As this was our first custom built house, we didn't really know what we were getting into. Picking everything from tile back splash, carpet, paint color, trim color, etc... seemed mind blowing. But, it really was fun and easy and a lot of the ease is thanks to all the support from Greg during the entire process. What really surprised me most was when our concrete driveway was pored, Greg was there in the days after with the garden hose keeping it wet, in order for the concrete to cure harder. It may seem kind of like a pointless detail, but it was all part of this amazing experience of building our first home. After our home was built, Greg didn't just move to his next project and forget about us. He checked in on us and made sure we were happy with everything and that there weren't any problems. The few details we needed addressed were taken care of in a timely manner. There isn't anything else that my wife or I could have asked for. We are very blessed to be living where we are, in this beautiful home that we hope to live in for decades. Thanks to Greg.”

“We hired Dream Builders to remodel a master bath and bedroom and also had them remodel a second bathroom. We have lived in the home for 22 years and the remodel updated and modernized the areas mentioned. We were extremely happy with results and stayed within budget.
