“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

“After 5 years of saving, I finally decided to remodel my home. I had to have my master bathroom done a specific way, because I've always had a vision of "the perfect bathroom". I called Progressive Builders see what they had to offer. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for what I asked for. They also answered my all questions and gave me no hassle at all. I wish that more companies were like this. They were very patient with my every request. It was a pleasure working with Progressive Builders. “My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“I wanted to update my dated stone wood burning fireplace so I called Eran at Pine Tree again after I was displeased with other recommendations for fireplace remodels. I was comfortable working with Eran and his team as they did an excellent job with my master bathroom remodel. As expected, Pine Tree put another outstanding team together to demo my old fireplace and do a modern concrete facade with an electric firebox insert. The project took longer than expected due to the unprecedented winter rains this year as they wanted to make sure every prep coat and layer was properly set before proceeding. It's easy going along with the recommendations from a quality team that I trust will do the best workmanship. I very happy with the outcome and love turning on the "fire" with a remote control.”

“they did a great job on our room addition. The quality of work was excellent, the workers are punctual, hard-working, respectful, and efficient. Our new room is beautiful! I did wish that the project manager updated us more often, but the company is very responsive when this concern was raised. The custom-built bookshelves are beautfiul, and the stone work on our atrium makes it look like a piece of art. Tom was very enthusiastic, with a lot of good ideas. Roberto and Belin were great foremen. Victor was a pleasure to work with!”

“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected.
