Through the sales process, Keystone maintained availability and answered all questions and concerns in a professional and positive manner. Our work vs play lifestyle was considered before making a recommendation on which home to move forward with. During construction, I was given weekly projections for the building schedule. “Over the last three years McLennan Contracting has completed three major renovation projects for us. All exceeded our expectations, were on time, and within budget. The work, all of excellent quality, included creating an open concept kitchen and living room, a major family room renovation, and a small attached apartment refresh. In the open concept project, the scope included the design and construction of a custom glass/oak/and steel railing, removing an interior wall, rerouting electric and air conditioning, and building a custom island. The family room project included a complete new ceiling with pot lights, new drywall, new outlets and switches, refacing a dated brick fireplace and installing a new granite hearth, and the conversion of a hinged interior door to a sliding barn door. Work in the apartment included closing up an existing door opening and installing a pocket door, installing pot lights and celling fans, and installing an in-wall electric fireplace. We have been very pleased with the price, the execution, and the workmanship of McLennan Contracting. We recommend them without reservation.”

“TK has done several small jobs for me...from installing crown molding to building custom basement window covers. The craftsmanship is exceptional. TK is priced right. They do much larger projects as well but so far, all my jobs have been on the smaller scale. Should I need anything larger, I would not hesitate calling them first.”

“I have worked with Ron on and off over the past several years. I have been a customer of his as well as a photographer for some of the properties he had remodeled. He is hardworking, honest, fair and the quality of his work is excellent. I love that when you work with him, he is the one you are dealing with. His partner Tiler really helps with design, she is amazingly gifted at picking out items that work with budget and style. I tend to get overwhelmed. I have referred them to my closest friend and family and will continue to. I love that Ron communicates clearly and sets expectations. He has done small projects for me such as building out a closet in my kitchen and then done jobs as large as redesigning an entire home for one of my closest friends. Love him.”

“We are writing to wholeheartedly recommend Timothy (Tim) Strosser of Studio 810 Design as a designer and general contractor for home improvement. In 2012, we met Tim at the Philadelphia Home Show, and were impressed by Tim’s portfolio of previous designs and building projects. On his first visit to our home in the Philadelphia suburbs Tim impressed us again with his instant understanding of our home improvement needs. We wanted to build a new bathroom in a little-used space that was attached to our master bedroom, but Tim suggested a much better solution; building an addition to the house’s second floor, and placing the bathroom in it. This way we got a fabulously looking new master bathroom that is an envy of our friends and neighbors, and avoided a mistake of building a bathroom that would be to small and not convenient. Timothy also designed and built for us a mudroom in front of our house, completely redesigned and rebuilt our patio, and changed the siding all around the house. We are very satisfied with the quality of his design and workmanship of his crew. Tim is a very experienced project manager, and he worked hard to accommodate our specific requirements during the project and to adjust all the logistics accordingly. He was able to keep the project deadlines despite very unfavorable weather conditions, the climax of which was Hurricane Sandy. During the project we occasionally changed our mind regarding some details (e.g., selection of tiles), and Tim was always ready to either accept our new ideas or, when they were not practical, offer very good alternatives. During the project we developed a trusting, friendly relationship with Timothy and many of his crew members. We were so satisfied with our collaboration with Tim that, after the first big project was completed, we tasked him with a couple of smaller projects in our house (e.g., staircase renovation), and outside (landscaping). We are sure that, with his great artistic taste, his extensive technical experience, and his understanding of individual clients’ characters and preferences, Timothy can exceed expectations of the most demanding clients. We already recommended the services of Studio 810 to our neighbors, and we recommend them to you.”

“Jeffrey L. Henry Inc. built our dream home in 2014 and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone that Jeff surrounds himself with are first class all the way. From his office staff to all his subcontractors. The design process was great fun (and exciting too). Jeff and Justin came up with a completely new floor plan for us which fits our life style perfectly. To put it in a nutshell... You get more than you expect! Even though all the specifications are listed out for you, the actual finished product is much better than shown. Granted, we went over budget in certain areas (like the kitchen) but Jeff's budgets are quite generous! When ever we asked for something, Jeff's response was always "Yes". There were no surprises, no drama and above all the home is beautiful inside and out. Would we have Jeffrey L. Henry build us another home? Is tomorrow too soon?!”

Many people approach the building of a garage as a separate entity, but from the very start, Andrew listened to what we wanted and created a beautiful garage and breezeway that looked like it was a part of the original structure of our home. We felt confident from our very first meeting, that their knowledge, connections and experience would help us get the end results that we desired and they did not disappoint! Their continued involvement in every step of the building and design process held our confidence throughout and eased any of our expected worries. The quality of materials, help and suggestions that their team utilized were all exemplar. The level of craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations and has been noted by all of our neighbors, friends and family and even the occasional deliveryman. “King built our beautiful new barn, perfectly executing the gorgeous design by Gardner/Fox Associates. The project required careful demolition of our old barn, preserving the existing tack room, and building a new 5 stall barn on the existing foundation. The crew was skilled, pleasant, and fast. The staging and management of materials was impressive. They used a Pettibone lift in ingenious ways. The whole project wa completed in 81 days and we could not be happier. Super high quality people and product.”
