“John Varney is a true craftsman. I have used him on many projects over the years and all were finished with the highest quality and care. My last project with him was a huge remodel and the kitchen part of the project was so lovely that it landed on a magazine cover. Can't say enough good things about him, his work, and his standards. “Hi :) my name is Annabelle and we are from Sunnyvale California, I just finished a new renovation, and I would like to share with you guys my wonderful experience, we started the process with a lot of fears because of previous experience that we had with another contractor two years ago, from the first meeting with Asi, me and my husband felt the honesty and integrity right away, we describe to her what we would like to achieve in our kitchen remodeling project and together with ideas that came from her designer we decided on the final layout, We needed a new kitchen renovation for our home ASAP, we are all working from home, my husband and I and our older daughter, and the kitchen became much more important, it was very surprising but we succeeded to pass all the inspections on time, The communication part was great, personally I preferred to communicate with Asi directly but they are working with a personal online portal that some people will find useful, we needed a few times that Asi will come to us to discuss on a few changes and we always felt comfortable to share with her our concerns and ideas, and eventually we are very satisfied from the end result!”

“I can't say many wonderful things about Green California Builders. I wanted to built a new home and had no idea where to start in regards to design and construction permits. I heard about these guys because of my friend. I met EZ (the main project manager) after scheduling the appointment. He guided us through the entire process with ideas, advises and material selection. I liked his vision and we agree on the budget. Few days later the project started. After few months, we now have a wonderful new house. I'm so grateful to choose these guys and I recommended them 100%!!!”

“No 2nd quote! Yes! I signed my first ADU contract with DH! Either Sam and his team are too good, or I am too blind trusting, and so far, I think it is the former. Sam took me to work sites, and had me meeting designer Shon, on phone with his manager, Idan. The team works very well together. I like that. Sam has the ability to remove all the doubts and questions I have, and he is a creative problem solver I did not mark a 5 star because we just started. Sometimes, Joey don't reply my text right away, I understand that everybody is busy, and I don't immediately reply everything either, and on issues gating the progress, Sam is very responsive. All in all, things look good.”

“I just completed a complete remodel of my San Francisco Edwardian flat and build out my basement. Joanne and her staff did a fantastic job. It started out as a kitchen bath remodel, but once the design process started expanded to include every room as we discussed how different spaces would be used and what I didn't like about the current space after living with it for 20yrs. Might as well do it right! Joanne's attention to detail, listening, and high ethical standards are unmatched. She would listen in the meetings and ask questions then come back with some ideas and sketches to get my reaction. She knew what I wanted without me even knowing it. She was also sensitive to the project budget which was important. I was able to complete the project within my budget. She was also key to working with the general contractor. She brought with her experience in projects of my scope / scale and working with different contractors and even her own remodel. This helped immensely. I look forward to the opportunity to work with Koch Architects again.”
