“Jeremy is the 2nd generation in the business that his father built and continues to carry the excellence in service that was established early on in the business which I have enjoyed knowing over 30 years. I have had an projects from an antique wicker rocker in rough shape to an old down cushion sofa reworked with amazing results. A "hired mans rope bed" came back to life and is a showpiece in my home thanks to their imaginative efforts. They will make it right. Lots of talent and commitment, and in their classes they even show you how, if that's your desire.”

“I am going to speak plainly, If you are not a contractor you will need a home inspector. I was shock to receive a 20 + page report of the home I was interested in purchasing. Everything that was mentioned in the report was thoroughly discussed the report. My inspectors name was Dave Tontorski. I have pictures and documentation of all the vital systems in my home and if anything is recalled, I am made aware of it. All of the results are in a binder and there is photographs to document everything. The inspection took about 5 hours. When anything came up during the inspection, Dave taught us what the item should be installed or built etc. As a contractor, Dave knew what was acceptable and what should be done to better the minimum code. My advise is to hire Dave or his partner. We were informed that our home had a small amount of Radon. The only thing I should have done was have the well and the water tested. It would have relieved all the problems we would have faced in the future. We did add extra items to the basic inspection. It was important for us to reveal as much about this home as we could as our Realtor was friends with the seller. We would get the shaft Good Luck! or better be prepared!”

“Tony, at Nova Finishing, is one of the worlds' remaining honest human beings, and it's a bonus that he and the family are experts at furniture repair and refinishing. I have hired the Nova team multiple times. They restored an antique overstuffed chair and matching ottoman on two occasions. The 2nd time was only due to our recently adopted dog, a 6 month old lovable pug, who chewed his way to our hearts during his first few weeks of settling into his new home. Nova also refinished the pup's chew marks on two mahogany end tables. The repairs were so good that even I cannot see where the marks were. A couple years ago, the Nova Team also refinished a drop-leaf table and 6 chairs, all expertly done. For me, the best part is that their work is affordable even on my limited income and Tony even picks up and delivers the pieces that are too big to bring to his office. I will try to attach the before and after pics of the chair and ottoman. You're gonna' love 'em. If you're looking for someone you can trust to repair furnishings that you feel attached to, I highly recommend Tony and the Nova Team for the job.”

“Bob repaired s crack in our basement just after we bought the house. He was promptly, neat, professional, and he cleaned up after himself. He also warrantied his work for 20 years, transferable. After 5 years, a new, more complicated crack made itself known in another area of the basement, and we didn't hesitate to call him back to do this one. Hopefully our current home won't develop cracking, but if it does, Bob Waters will be who we call.”
