“Quality Potlights, is a high standard company, top quality electricians, our company only stands by using Moe, Mike, and there crew.. whether its to install potlighting for our clients, or working with our crew and trades for a basement renovation, there is no doubt in our mind who to call, on time on schedule within estimated budget .. unless we find like we had on one project the wiring was way outdated and we had to rewire the place, other then those un expected surprises neither of us can tell prior to they do not give surprises and they work well with our team , and they sit down and hack things out with me to figure out whats next if either of us have any questions.. we found them about 2 years ago now and have not turned back anything electrical they are the only ones we call now...”

“Placed an order on 5/1/13 for 13 wainscotting kits through a reseller (architectualdepot.com) which noted a shipping date of between 5/10/13 to 5/13/13, with delivery between 5/13/13 to 5/16/13. I received the kits today on 5/9/13. I received the kits before I received a shipping/tracking email. The kits were made in Canada by Elite Trim Works. 8 days to receive from Canada! Wow! Great Job! I opened all the boxes and nothing was missing or broken. One corner of one piece of trim was slightly mushed, but that was it. I would order from AD.com and Elite Trimworks again without reservation. A+ guys!”

“After educating ourselves and learning that copper is better... We wanted every piece of aluminum wiring removed from our home. After doing our research and having several companies come out to look over the work to be done, our choice was easy. HOTWIRE. Oris came out for the original inspection, he explained what needed to be done to have the entire house rewired and noted other shortcomings of the previous owners. Oris was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable and explained everything in a way we could easily understand. The quote came in and HotWire was hired. Most of our communication was with Hanna who answered most of my questions after the initial visit and again, very helpful. Both Oris and Hanna are very good at answering email and getting back to us by phone which is a rare find. The work was started very quickly and soon we had holes and wires all over the place. The crew that came in were an great bunch of guys. Adam was very helpful, explained what they were doing as it was being done and answered every question without any signs of frustration. Along with Adam came Alex, Alex and James. These guys removed baseboards, reached up through pot light holes and climbed through the attic to minimize the amount of holes needed to be cut to feed the new wire. This job took about a week and each day they cleaned up behind themselves for a clean start the next morning. Not only is the house completely rewired, but they installed new smoke detectors on each floor, replaced any receptacles where required and added AFCI breakers for the bedrooms to ensure the home was brought to code. We also had them replace our old pot lights in the basement with a set of new, modern lights that look fantastic. I would definitely recommend this team of professionals to anyone looking for electrical work and will certainly call them again should we need work done. Thank you to the entire team!”

“I love the natural looks of stone and wood, they are beautiful. For that, I requested my architect to integrate as much stone and wood as possible into the design of my new home. He did, he created a beautiful home for me. He chose beautiful marbles for my floors and showers and chose granites for my countertops, backsplashes and the bar. His creation is beautiful, very beautiful. During construction, he protected the finished floors with paper then hardboard and plywood. After construction is completed and the floor protection removed, I was stunt to see that my floor is ruined! There were remaining tape, grout and glue on my marble floor from construction everywhere! There were stains from coffee and tea too. I was much sadden by the scene. I hired cleaners and they used 'Goof Off' and plastic wall scrappers trying to clean the floors. That was not successful because the majority of the dirt did not come off and the floor area is too big for the operation. Just before I gave up I went to the website and was lucky to stumble into INTEX surface solutions. It caught my attention because of their 'Stone care guide'. It was my luck that I contacted Robert of INTEX. I briefly explained the situation to him over the phone and he came to take a look. In our short meeting, I was totally bought by his knowledge. He assured me the floor can be restored and he also explained and recommended to me that I should also seal all the (marble) showers. I decided to have him doing the work because I trust him and his price is very reasonable. That was a great decision on my part to trust the job to him because Robert and his crew are very knowledgeable. They did their work meticulously, cleanly and with heart. Now all my showers were cleaned and sealed and my floor is restored, sealed and shine! What a beautiful floor and what a beautiful experience. I do owe Robert and his INTEX crew for such a great job. I do want others who need to have their service to know about INTEX Surface Solutions because they will be happy to have chosen them too. I have already requested Robert and his INTEX crew to come and acid clean the exterior of my new home off the cement and mortar streaks, seal the flagstone in the front steps and seal the stone on the driveway and patio early summer. I am really impressed by their knowledge and Robert's good and honest recommendations (for the good of the customer and not only for getting more business). Thank you Robert, thank you INTEX.
