“This was one of the best moving experiences I've ever had. From start to finish customer service was spot on. I was frantically calling companies on a Thursday and needed to move out by that Sunday. Every company I called was fully booked and said they were sorry. These guys took their time and did their best to work around what they had available for that weekend and what would best fit me. My appointment is set up (thanks Polly !)and the three guys come on time. Marcus, one of the three movers, was great with communication the whole way. He told me exactly how he was going to move my stuff and was very upfront with me. Also wrapping certain things more carefully per request. The other two movers Donald and Mike were also awesome. They are strong guys who didn't complain that I was moving from a third story apartment to a three story condo. They just started working. Unlike other movers, they might try and hide broken items and what not. Not with these guys. I had a broken chair I wanted to fix and he thought one of the guys broke it and was upfront with me about it. I explained it was already broken but it's nice being able to trust your movers (for once). The guys only took one 5 minute break for a 7 hour job. They were extremely careful with my furniture. And whatever they disassembled they put back together. Hoping I won't have to move soon but if I do or know anyone who might be moving, I'm definitely recommending Safe N Fast Movers. “We took a number of bids from other stair companies and Pike Stair was the only company who said they could do the work we wanted the way we wanted it. Other stair companies "insisted" what we wanted could not be done. In addition, Pike was not the most expensive, and because they said they could do "the impossible", I did have concerns and told the owner about them. He assured me it was going to be done. Once construction began it was discovered my house was not built to code 35 years ago and this caused some problems with installation. In my head I thought, "I knew there were going to be overruns." However, the owner and I discussed the issues and the lack of code was a surprise to him as well as I. We came to a very reasonable agreement on how much extra it was going to cost. I watched on a number of days the work ethic of both Eric Pike and Hanno. I was truly amazed at how hard they worked on such a hard project. Their personal dignity is truly part of the work they do. Doing poor work humiliates them and so they will never allow that to happen even if the "poor work" is in the "eye of the homeowner." I would hire them again and again and attempted to do so, but ran out of money on other improvement projects. When I have the money again I won't even call around as Pike was the only one who wanted to get me what I wanted the way I wanted it. BTW, the stairs came out beautiful. I could not have been more satisfied. In other words they did the impossible for a good price and would not leave a concern unanswered and fixed.”

“I had a Leak in back of my shower I hire another Contractor To do the work he did the demolition and after constantly raising the Price I Fired him and hire GUILLENS CONSTRUCTION. He charged me$2000.00 less and once he took over the project they found more leeks under the house .He Repiped the Hot and Cold water lines and did the dry out and mold abatement in my Crawl Space using a New process called FreezeBlasting. Saving me thousands of dollars of {with out Replacing the costly removal of the subfloor. I ended up paying $15000.00 still way under Budget material and Labor. I could not believe the outcome the hole in the ground is what the Original contractor Left my Bathroom The rest is how GUILLENS CONSTRUCTIONleft my Bathroom . You did a great Job. Thank You .
