“Hello Chuck Thank you for your email and....I am delighted with the covers I bought from you and with the service I received. Absolutely perfect. The fabric is apparently, as promised, both more or less dog-proof (small elderly Cocker Spaniel called Sean, with little or no respect for soft furnishings); and cat-proof (even more elderly tabby cat who lost the plot some time ago - ditto) and washable. “I started planning my sauna one year ago, and contacted a number of sauna suppliers. One of the replies stood out for its personal touch, and very customer friendly and accommodating touch. Needless to say, that was Brendan and I communicated with him on and off during the process of finalizing the design (went through a few iterations), but he was always very friendly and doing his best to accommodate my wishes. One of which was that I would build it my self from scratch. He has help me with numerous hints and tips on this during the journey. One year later I picked up my sauna supplies, and am currently really looking forward to assemble it myself.”
