“We did a major renovation which pretty much transformed a shell of old limestone cottage into a modern house. We had a number of electrical problems after the renovation which suggested some of the sub contractors where not really switched on. Phil and his team did a fantastic job sorting out all these problems including non-functional hot water system, sensor lights, and lights that were making weird buzzing sounds. They were punctual, quick and extremely professional. I only wish we had engaged them when started the renovation.”

“We used Houspect's WA branch for every stage of our new build and simply can't fault them. The team were super polite and helpful and a delight to deal with. We often phoned them at the last minute with changes to our scheduled inspection day, and nothing was too difficult for them. The reports were produced incredibly fast (often within 24 hours of the inspection) and written in plain English. It's terrible to admit, but when we provided their reports to our site inspector, they were more likely to address the issues and take you seriously. Why trust your builder that they have done the job correctly, when you can have someone independent check that you're getting what you paid for (and it complies with the building regulations). We are incredibly thankful for Houspect's assistance and expertise in identifying issues and areas of concern. We will definitely be using them again.”

“Karl and Brad did a fantastic job with the renovation on my house in Woodvale. Replacing all the switches and all the lighting. Incorporating new garden lighting. Nothing was to hard! Perth's best electricians! These guys are professional, reliable and very efficient. Karl was a pleasure to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and switched on! I'll definitely be using you guys next time I need an electrician. Highly recommended!”
