“I have hired City Decks not once but twice because they are so good. They have built two beautiful decks for me in Manhattan and have been reasonably priced, wonderful to work with, and are very conscientious hard workers. Anthony is flexible and accommodating, making changes at the last minute when I had new ideas for the design. He is great at returning phone calls and is easy to communicate with. They leave the work site tidy and clean at the end of every day and the entire experience, which could have been miserable because of the need to remove bags of dirt and plants from an existing deck through the apartment, was pleasant and without worry. I highly recommend them.”

“I had used this company in the past, with great success so it was obvious to go back to them. They were very attentive and was basically easy to schedule to look at fabrics. The shopping of fabrics got a little difficult in that 2 of the 3 fabrics i picked out were no longer available. I won't go into the details but from there it got a little difficult with no similar fabrics and time constraints. All that to say - everyone made a huge effort to find fabrics. The end of the story is that the work they do is stunning and my chairs which are antiques were brought up to date re stuffed and sprung. And the work is meticulous. I would recommend them for sure.”

“The job from start to finish was extremely professional. Jim came out and inspected the crawl space and explained exactly what we needed and provided a detailed report with pictures ect. so I totally understood the process. He did not try to oversell me. His crew that showed up at my home ontime and were professional and polite and kept the worksite very clean and neat. Jim told me the job would take four days and they would stay at the job until completed and not go to other jobs while working on mine. True to his word, the job was completed exactly on time along with his sub-contractors (electrician and plumber)! Our job was not an easy job as the ceiling height in the crawl space was only 20" high. Removing the moisture and organic growth in the crawl space was our number one concern and they took care of this problem to above our expectations. The experience working with Jim at Crawl Space Solutions was one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with a contractor. I would highly recommend James D'Amico and his company!”

“RF Electric is a very professional firm. I had them put in electrical service to a house and farm buildings including a greenhouse. Good with problem solving. Provided a diagram of the job--where all the line would be running underground and above ground. Also worked well with other contractors.”

“Outstanding service. Installation crew was very skilled in installing a stretch fabric ceiling in a basement with many corners and bulkheads. Sleak, new LED lights were professionally installed, replacing all old and ugly light fixtures. Finished product looks incredible!”

“Between sun, heat and rain, we only used our large deck on a few "perfect" days in the summer. We looked into permanent awnings and roll out awnings but didn't like the look or their functionality. This bioclimatic pergola has transformed our lives. We have basically added a room to our house and we now enjoy our deck in sun and in rain. The automatic features allow us to leave all of our cushions etc. out permemantly. It added a beautiful touch to our house. The installation was flawless!”
