“From the moment we met Sai he stood out from the other builders we had met for our quotes. We had a feeling of instant confidence in his abilities and he was able to see our vision for our property and tell us what was possible where other builders couldn't. His communication was fantastic and he was always on time when he said he would be. We had a loft conversion creating two bedrooms and an en suite as well as an extension to create a kitchen diner by bringing down a wall. Sai also installed the kitchen for us. We are ecstatic will the results of the project and are so happy we came across Sai in the building world. Sai kept and incredibly clean site that felt safe and took the fact that we were living in a building site with great consideration, trying his best (and succeeding) to keep the area clean after the day had ended so that our life was that bit easier. His staff were courteous and we would have no hesitation in recommending SkyLofts to anyone considering building work being undertaken. Even now after the project has been completed we can contact Sai with any queries we have and he always gets back in touch - a completed project still belongs to him and we appreciate that. “I contacted Danny back in November 2015 when we were instructed to carry out a conversion of an old council house into 2 new dwellings for a local developer. from the very start, Danny was very professional. Always prompt to reply to any calls and emails. We met on site and discussed the requirements. He is very knowledge and is up-to-date with all the latest codes and practices. His quotation was broken down into clear sections and was easy to follow. This allowed for simple calculations when there were changes needed. There were never any issues, Danny and his team were always helpful, polite and practical when dealing with anything unexpected. Danny and his team supplied and fitted complete new electrics throughout both properties.”

“MBC Carpentry have transformed my house. Starting in 2010 by replacing badly fitted UPVC windows with custom made wooden sash windows. In 2012 MBC undertook the renovation of a previously converted loft so as to comply with building regulations including fitting 2 custom made staircases and fire doors throughout. 2017 and MBC were back to extend the ground floor involving relocating the kitchen and constructing a new flat roof. The latest project was to restore the front bay window back to the original design. All work has been completed to the highest standards and has always involved dealing with previous poor workmanship. It was a happy day I was introduced to MBC who are my go to company to make my house improvement dreams a reality. My house is now the house which MBC rebuilt and made into a home.”

“I requested a complete recovering of a two seater sofa with cushions. Purelyfine came with samples on the day and time we arranged, I was then given a quote and some cheaper samples, but decided on the more expensive material. This was four weeks before Christmas. The sofa was removed, and within about ten days I received a text to say it was ready. It was delivered back into my sitting room that day. I am absolutely delighted with the final result, it has been very well made, and now is a centre piece for my sitting room. The work was completed well before I expected, on time, with great attention to details and within the budget.”

“We've used ST Building for two projects on our house (so far) and the reslults have been exceptional! Sam and his team have completely transformed our bathroom into a luxurious, hi-spec, super-tranquil oasis. And work's just been completed on a garden hideaway - a massive deck with cedar-clad walls, spotlights, sofas and twinkly lights. Just lovely. Sam and his team are perfectionists, really take pride in their work, often have ideas that are better than ours and are really nice guys - which is important but ofter overlooked. Yes, we're a tiny bit in love with ST Building. You will be too!”
