“A very satisfactory experience. I had looked at several different companies for replacement counters for my kitchen. Quartz Plus had the best price as well as a very reasonable schedule for the various elements of installation. Melissa was very patient with us as we weren't really sure what we wanted. She encouraged us to look at as many samples as we wanted and to take a selection home. I am sure we asked dumb question after dumb question, but we never felt rushed or hurried. I think we made two trips to the showroom before we committed. We called with questions several times. She even encouraged us to go out to the warehouse and look around! Measuring went as scheduled as did the slab review. Installation was right on time. We did have a little issue; she took care of it immediately. I love love love my counters! Would I do business with QuartzPlus again? In a heartbeat!”

“I had a 5-star experience working with and ordering materials from ArtWalk Title. After having spent weeks shopping for title that both my husband and I could agree upon, I went about finding the best price. An internet search brought me to ArtWalk. I bought enough tile to cover almost every square foot of our downstairs home, and compared with the lowest price I could find locally, saved over $2000. The best part was yet to come. My pervious internet purchases were more in the New-purse-Christmas-lights-Kitchen-gadget Category, so you might imagine the anxious feeling I got once $9000 cleared my bank and I didn't get a tracking notice from their Florida shippers for a couple of days. I called ArtWorks just to make sure I was getting what I thought I was getting. They were so nice, assured me that they understood my concerns, made a few calls, and I had my tracking number that day. Still, that's not all. After the tile was delivered, I tried making a quick count of the number of boxes and called Artworks in a panic. It was after-hours for them (I'm in California. They're in Pennsylvania, I think.), but I left a message that I was 5 boxes short. Before I checked my email the next day, they had made plans to ship me the 5 boxes - no questions asked!!!! And guess what? I counted incorrectly. I had to call and admit I had again panicked and there was no need to send more. One more plus. When my very experienced installer saw the tile, he said, "This is good quality title. Internet purchases can be tricky, but you lucked out." They are ripping up my old flooring as I type this, and I am most anxious to see the job completed.”
