“We purchased a main entry double door and a side entry single door. The stain came back a bit lighter than we expected. We chose the "Dark Oak" stain on the Mahogany species and the DSA brochure as well as photos shows it as being darker than it truly is so my only suggestion would be to look at samples prior to ordering the doors. DSA has worked with us on this as well as some other minor concerns we had.”

“Brought my client here to pick out windows & doors, decking, cable railing, siding and soffit materials for his very modern home. They had excellent samples to see and it was a terrific "one stop shop" for many items. They also went above and beyond with looking into getting a newer material called Corten for the exterior of his house to help save on the cost for us. Thanks for everything...I'll be back.”

“I was in the market for an updated shower and saw the Glass Depots USA at the Southern Living Home Show. They were quick to come out and measure and give a price quote. Very professional and friendly staff with great suggestions. Making a purchase this expensive means I had lots of questions and they were very patient and gave me an excellent price. They even gave me step by step instructions on how to take my old shower stall out to save me money and get a chance to give it a good cleaning before the new one was installed. Installation went off smoothly and the new shower stall looks awesome. I have already recommended them to my friends and would not hesitate to use them again. Since these pictures were taken I have changed out all my faucets/shower head so the bathroom looks so fresh and updated.”

“I am replacing my sliding patio door with French doors and required a transom as the new doors are not as tall as the existing door, but I did not want to lose the light. I tried looking at the traditional home improvement stores and couldn't find anything to suit my purpose and transom direct showed up on google. I was skeptical at first to use this company because they didn't have much online presence or reviews, so I called and spoke with Dave. I asked a dozen questions and finally decided to take the risk. Sometimes you gamble and it pays off. Dave worked with me through email and phone to make sure the custom transoms would work with my new doors. The order was packaged extremely well and arrived ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to be a repeat customer.”

“Todd and crew installed a big sliding door in a wall that had problems that had to be fixed outside of the contract. Anderson and Todd were supportive in allowing me to do the repairs and they returned a month later when the walls were ready for trim. they did an outstanding job and i highly recommend them and Anderson renewal for future jobs. they were a pleasure to have on the property too.”

“After getting several quotes to replace my windows, I found Masterpiece Windows’ product was far more superior at a substantial lower cost than area competitors. George was very attentive from the in- home presentation to the final walk through after installation. I can’t say enough about Avery and his team that installed the windows. They took care of everything, I didn’t have to move a piece of furniture or take down any window blinds or treatments and they left my house just as I left it. It has been over a month and I have noticed a significant noise reduction not to mention any more drafts.
